The degreasing device is used as a pre-process for various processes such as painting and plating as described above. As a typical example, the degreasing process that is performed as a pre-process for electrodeposition coating of automobile bodies is shown in FIG. The body 1 of the automobile, which is the object to be treated, is hung on a conveyor rail 4 located above the floor to move the conveyor rail 4, and the degreasing agent spray installed in the moving process is described below. The degreasing process is performed through a degreasing process that passes through the device 7, or through a degreasing process that passes through the treatment tank 22 that contains the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent in a completely immersed state without passing through the degreasing agent spray device. Through this process, dirt such as fats and oils, mineral oil and dust adhering to the surface of the automobile body that is the object to be treated is removed. After that, a surface adjustment process such as washing with water, a phosphate treatment, a drying process, and the like are performed, and then electrodeposition coating is performed. The circulation of the aqueous solution in the spray device 7 and the treatment tank 22 constitutes a closed system via pumps 8, 14, 20 and water channels provided respectively as described later in detail.

In the above conventional apparatus, the fat-containing filth contained in the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent is heated by steam in the oil / water separation tank 15 in the circulation process to separate the filth from the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent. However, the dirt D floating in the form of foam on the surface of the tank 10 containing the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent is infiltrated into at least the suction ports of the circulation paths 21 and 29 in order to remove the dirt by providing the filter 6. Is prevented. However, there is a problem that the degreasing ability is deteriorated because the stain of the water solution of the degreasing agent itself is not completely eliminated. In particular, in a treatment tank in which the object to be treated is degreased by completely passing through it, the contaminants float in the form of bubbles on the surface of the aqueous solution. It will remain. For this reason, it may adhere to the surface of the object to be treated at the end of the degreasing process, which may cause a serious problem of deterioration in quality. In this device, the tip of the suction nozzle is placed close to the surface of the degreasing agent aqueous solution stored in the tank, and the filth (oil and fat) floating in the form of bubbles on the surface of the degreasing agent aqueous solution is completely sucked to remove it. The purpose is to remove the above-mentioned filth and solve the above-mentioned problems by sending it to the sewage tank.

This device is a degreasing device that circulates an aqueous solution by communicating a tank containing an aqueous solution of a degreasing agent with a processing unit through a pump and a water channel, and disposing the tip of a suction nozzle close to the surface of the aqueous solution. The nozzle is connected to a separate waste water tank so that the dirt floating on the surface of the water solution of the degreasing agent can be removed from the surface, and the object to be processed is attached to the conveyor and the conveyor moves. The present invention relates to a degreasing device that circulates an aqueous solution of a degreasing agent by connecting a treatment tank and an oil / water separation tank, which constitute a processing unit in which an object to be treated is filled with an aqueous solution of a degreasing agent, along a path through a pump and a water channel. The object to be treated is guided so as to move in the treatment tank, and the tip of the suction nozzle is arranged in the vicinity of the surface of the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent, and the suction nozzle is communicated with a separate waste water tank. Degreaser solution It was made possible to remove the dirt floating on the surface from the surface, and to dispose the aqueous solution in the processing tank by arranging a nozzle that blows out the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent toward the bottom surface and the inclined surface of the processing tank. Since the suction nozzle is placed in the downstream area of the aqueous solution, it is possible to reliably remove the dirt and improve the quality and efficiency by preventing the degreasing agent residue from adhering to the object to be treated during the degreasing process. Degreasing was achieved.

In this device, since the suction nozzle is placed close to the surface of the aqueous solution containing the degreasing agent, the filth floating on the surface of the aqueous solution is sucked and sent to the waste water storage tank. Is maintained, and efficient degreasing work is performed. However, the quality of the object to be treated does not deteriorate due to the attachment of dirt to the surface of the object to be treated. Furthermore, if a nozzle is installed at a position downstream of the circulating flow of the aqueous solution in the treatment tank, the fat-mixed waste moves along the flow and collects, so that the collection of the waste by suction can be performed more efficiently and reliably. Be seen. In this case, it is preferable to arrange the nozzle in the region where the flow velocity is the highest, so that the removal can be performed more efficiently.

However, unless otherwise specified, the dimensions, materials, shapes, relative positions, etc. of the constituent parts described in this embodiment are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention thereto, but merely illustrative examples. FIG. 1 shows the overall structure of a degreasing device according to the present invention. The conveyor 2 that suspends the automobile body 1 that is the object to be processed is sequentially sent to the processing step along the rails 4 located above the floor surface 3. In this embodiment, it is composed of a first degreasing step and a second degreasing step following the first degreasing step. In the first degreasing step, a storage tank 5 for an aqueous solution (hereinafter simply referred to as an aqueous solution) of an appropriate degreasing agent such as a cleaning agent, an alkaline degreasing agent, an emulsion degreasing agent, and a solvent degreasing agent is provided. In the process of moving the work piece 1, a spray device 7 is erected upright on both sides of the work piece 1, and a high pressure is applied from the spray device 7 by a pump 8 to eject an aqueous solution to be processed. Degrease item 1. The aqueous solution is then collected in the storage tank 5, further passed through the filter 6, reaches the circulation pump 8, and is fed under pressure to the spray device again. The suction nozzle 23 is held close to the surface of the aqueous solution in the storage tank 5 at a substantially right angle with a gap of about 5 to 10 mm. Further, the suction nozzle 23B is connected to the water passages 25A and 25B communicating with the waste water tank 24, and is also connected to an air passage 26 for feeding air from an air source (not shown). Although not shown in the drawing, the suction nozzle 23 is provided with a throttle pipe (venturi pipe) at the air inlet, which causes a pressure drop when air passes and sucks dirt. It has such a structure and has the same configuration as the suction nozzle 23A shown in the enlarged view encircled.
In the second degreasing step, an inclined wall 9a gradually increasing in depth through a preliminary tank 13 located on the inlet side according to the step of moving the object to be treated, and a flat bottom surface 11 following the inclined wall 9a, Furthermore, a processing tank 10 is provided which is composed of an inclined surface 9b whose depth gradually decreases toward the exit side. On the outlet side of the treatment tank 10, an outer spray 12 in which an aqueous solution is pressure-fed from an oil / water separation tank 15 through a pump 20 and a water passage 21 has the same structure as the spray device 7 arranged in the first degreasing step. The after-spray 12 is provided so as to wash away debris and the like of the degreasing agent adhering to the object to be treated in the degreasing step. A filter 6 is installed in the preliminary tank 13. Further, the preliminary tank is connected to the circulation pump 14. A water passage 16 is provided from the circulation pump 14 to the oil / water separation tank 15.
A branch water channel 17 branches from the water channel 16 toward the treatment tank 10, reaches the treatment tank 10, and further reaches a pipe 18 extending along the inclined wall 9 a and the bottom surface 11 of the treatment tank 10. The aqueous solution is pumped from the circulation pump 14 toward the nozzle 19, and the aqueous solution is jetted from a large number of nozzles 19 opening toward the inclined wall 9a and the bottom surface 11, and at the same time, the aqueous solution in the treatment tank 10 is indicated by an arrow. It forms a circulating flow and prevents the degreasing agent from settling. In this case, the suction nozzle 23 is preferably arranged on the outlet side of the inclined wall on which the water flow becomes faster.
The suction nozzle 23 is held close to the surface of the aqueous solution in the treatment tank 10 for the aqueous solution at a substantially right angle with a gap of about 5 to 10 mm. In particular, in the treatment tank 10, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 1, a suction nozzle 23 is arranged at a position downstream of the circulating flow of the aqueous solution and at a position where the waste D floating toward the preliminary tank 13 is concentrated. Further, the suction nozzle 23A is connected to a water passage 25A communicating with the dirty water tank 24, and is also connected to an air passage 26 for feeding air from an air source (not shown). Although not shown in the drawing, the suction nozzle 23A is provided with a throttle pipe (venturi pipe) at the air inlet, so that a pressure drop is caused when the air passes to suck the dirt. It has a simple structure. Reference numeral 27 is a fixed frame with a level adjustment capable of adjusting the level of approach between the nozzle attached to the suction nozzle 23A and the surface of the aqueous solution. Although the suction nozzle 23B used in the present invention is installed in the aqueous solution storage tank 5 in the first degreasing step in this embodiment, the suction nozzle 23B is not provided in the storage tank 5, or The first degreasing step itself may be omitted.
Next, the operating condition of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail. The object to be treated (automobile body) 1 hung on the conveyor 2 moves along the rails 4 and first passes through the installation location of the spray device 7, which is the first degreasing step. The spray device 7 is located on both sides facing the passage of the article to be treated 1, and is sprayed with an aqueous solution from both sides by being pressurized by the pump 8 when the article to be treated 1 passes. After that, the aqueous solution is collected again in the degreasing agent storage tank 5.
Further, the object 1 to be processed moves along the rails 4 to enter the second degreasing step. Since the rail is curved along the shapes of the inclined walls 9a and 9b of the processing tank 10 and the bottom surface 11 thereof, the object 1 to be processed is completely submerged in the processing tank 10 according to the rail 4 and moves in the processing tank. Further, it rises from the processing tank 10 and exits. Further, at the exit position, the article to be treated 1 is sprayed with the aqueous solution by the outer sprays 12 located on both sides facing the water channel of the article to be treated 1 like the spray device 7 used in the first degreasing step. As a result, the degreasing agent adhering to the article to be treated 1 in the aqueous solution is washed away to be in a clean state, and the degreasing step is completed, and is sent to the next step, for example, the phosphate treatment step.
When the above degreasing work is repeated, filth gradually floats on the surface of the aqueous solution in the storage tank 5 and the degreasing tank 10. Then, an air valve (not shown) is operated to send air into the suction nozzle 23. Then, the waste D is sucked by the pressure reducing action of the throttle pipe (Venturi pipe) provided at the air inlet of the suction nozzle 23 and sent to the waste water reservoir 24 to remove the waste. If necessary, it is possible to constantly feed air to the suction nozzle 23.
【0014】[0014]
This invention is a degreasing device that circulates an aqueous solution by connecting a tank containing an aqueous solution of a degreasing agent and a processing section through a pump and a pipe as described above, and providing the tip of a suction nozzle near the surface of the aqueous solution. By connecting the nozzle to a separate wastewater storage tank, it was possible to remove the dirt floating on the surface of the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent from the surface. Therefore, in a closed system of the aqueous solution, it is possible to collect the dirt and keep the aqueous solution clean. It contributes to quality improvement in the degreasing process. Furthermore, since the dirt mixed with the oil that floats on the surface of the aqueous solution is sucked, there is no fear that the dirt adheres to the surface of the object to be treated. Moreover, since only the dirt is sucked and the aqueous solution is not sucked, there is almost no loss of the aqueous solution.
Furthermore, a degreasing device that circulates the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent by connecting a treatment tank filled with the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent and a treatment tank filled with the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent through a pump and a pipe along the movement path of the conveyor. Since the object to be treated is guided so as to move in the treatment tank and the tip of the suction nozzle is arranged in the vicinity of the surface of the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent, the degreasing process can be performed simultaneously with the removal of the contaminants. Automation is achieved. In addition, a nozzle that blows out the aqueous solution of the degreasing agent toward the bottom surface and the inclined surface of the treatment tank is placed on this to enable circulation of the aqueous solution in the treatment tank, and suction to a position where filth in the downstream area of the aqueous solution is concentrated. When the nozzle is installed, the waste floating in the aqueous solution can be absorbed very quickly, so that efficient collection work can be performed.
