However, when the brand is changed or the spinning pack is replaced due to the end of life, the pack must be removed and installed, and the heater must be installed and removed. Further, removal of polymer scum generated in a spinning hole during spinning is carried out to prevent abnormalities such as yarn breakage. Even when cleaning the base surface regularly, attach the heater,
Removal is required. Installation and removal of this heater is inefficient because it requires a large number of workers and takes a lot of time.

(Example) Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a view taken along the line AA of FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 2 is a spinning pack mounted on a spin block 1, and a plurality of spinnerets 3 are attached in series at the bottom of the spinning pack to simultaneously discharge a molten polymer from each spinning hole to form a plurality of yarns. . A cooling device 4 for cooling the spun yarn Y is arranged below the spinning pack 2 so that cooling air is blown from the air outlet 5 in a direction traversing the yarn to cool the yarn Y. A heating device 7 is provided on the top of the cooling device 4 for controlling the temperature of the discharged polymer and the space temperature below the spinneret 3 or the temperature of the discharged yarn through a heat insulating plate 6. The heating device 7 is a heating plate that is provided on a support plate 8 and a heating plate that is located above it and that is in contact with the lower surface of the spinning pack 2 so as to surround the spinneret 3.
10 are provided, and the temperature is adjusted appropriately. Note that the heating plates 10 may be held close to each other. A holding plate 11 supports the heating plate 10.
As shown in FIG. 2, the heating device 7 has a structure in which the heating device 7 is divided into two parts in the longitudinal direction. . Further, the heating cylinder 9 is formed so as to form a hollow hole 9'having a size close to the discharge yarn Y.

Reference numeral 13 denotes an elevating means for descending the cooling device 4, which comprises a fluid pressure cylinder and is connected to the tip of the cylinder. A cooling tube (also referred to as a guide tube or a spinning tube including the cooling device) 14 is disposed below the cooling device 4, and subsequently, a yarn suction device 15 and a yarn cutting device are sequentially provided downstream. A device 16, godet rollers 17, 18, an abnormal yarn detector 19, a winder 20, etc. are arranged.

In such an apparatus, the molten polymer discharged from the spinneret 3 has its discharge temperature controlled by a heating plate 10 and flows down as a spun yarn Y. At this time, a region up to the cooling zone is formed by a heating cylinder 9. Is heated in the hot zone and then cooled by the cooling air blown from the lateral direction by the cooling device 4 while passing through the guide cylinder 14 and the godet roller 17,
Taken with 18 winders and 20 winders. The yarn Y may be wound after a Zodette roller stretching process.

When abnormal yarns or yarn breakages occur here, these are detected by the abnormal yarn detector 19 and immediately the cutting device 16 and the suction device 15 operate to cut and suck the yarn Y, and the cylinder 13 operates to operate the cooling device 4. Is lowered to a predetermined position as shown in FIG. Therefore, the heating device 7 greatly descends from the position directly below the spinneret 3 to below the spin block 1. Next, the cylinders 12 and 12 'are operated to largely divide the heating device 7 in the left-right direction away from the yarn as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b). Even if these operations are performed by a series of automatic operations,
It may also be performed manually or semi-automatically. After that, predetermined work such as pack replacement and cleaning of the spinneret surface is performed, and when threading work is performed, the work is returned to the original position again.

Similarly, when changing the pack or changing the pack due to the end of life, the cylinder 13 is operated by the operation switch to lower the cooling device 4, the pack 2 is removed and installed, and the godet rollers 17 and 18 of the spun yarn Y are spun. For the subsequent thread hooking, the heating apparatus 7 may be divided into the right and left, and the thread dropping may be performed and the thread hooking may be sequentially performed. This will install and remove the pack,
Work such as thread hooking is extremely easy and quick, and is very effective.

Although the heating device 7 is lowered at the same time as the cooling device 4, the cooling device lowers the entire guide tube 14 and the cooling device 4 and the guide tube 14 by connecting a connecting member such as a bellows. Alternatively, a method of sliding a part of the guide cylinder 14 or the like may be adopted.

The above example has been described for the double tandem type, but it can be applied to any type such as a tandem or a spin block incorporating a single spinning pack. Further, it is preferable that the heat insulating plate 6 is divided into two parts so that it can be used also as a shutter so that it can be opened and closed to the left and right.
