Description
Claims (16)
- 1.パルス化したイオン導入による薬剤治療方法であって、生体の皮膚と接触す るイオン導入法装置の関電極と不関電極を駆動して薬剤を供給するために周期的 な電気的パルスが発生させて印加する方法において、予め定めた周波数で一連の 上記周期的パルスを発生させ、各パルスが上記パルスの予め定めたパルス幅を規 定する時間の第1の間隔にわたって続いており、各パルスが、上記パルス幅にす ぐに続くパルス間隔を規定する時間の第2の間隔に続いて起こるパルスから分離 され、上記パルス幅とすぐ次のパルス間隔の合計が上記周波数の逆数である周期 を構成し、各々のパルス波形が、第1のパルスセグメントが、上記パルス幅の予 め定めた第1の部分にわたって続きかつ予め定めた第1の平均の電流振幅を有し ;第2パルスセグメントが、続いて起こる第2の部分にわたって続きかつ上記パ ルス幅の残りを構成しするとともに予め定めた第2の平均の電流振幅を有し; 上記第1の平均の電流振幅が上記第2平均電流振幅より大きく;上記第1の部分 が上記パルス幅の50%を越えないことを特徴とする治療方法。
- 2.上記パルス幅は、上記周期の10%から80%の範囲内の期間である請求項 1の方法。
- 3.上記パルスの上器周波数が、0.5と50キロヘルツの間にある請求項2の 方法。
- 4.上記第1の平均の電流振幅が、0.1から50ミリアンペアの間にあり、上 記第2平均電流振幅は、0.1から5ミリアンペアの間にある請求項3の方法。
- 5.パルス化したイオン導入による薬剤治療方法であって、生体の皮膚と接触す るイオン導入法装置の関電極と不関電極を駆動して薬剤を供給するために周期的 な電気的パルスが発生させて印加する方法において、予め定めた周波数で一連の 上記周期的パルスを発生させ、各パルスが上記パルスの予め定めたパルス幅を規 定する時間の第1の間隔にわたって続いており、各パルスが、上記パルス幅にす ぐに続くパルス間隔を規定する時間の第2の間隔に続いて起こるパルスから分離 され、上記パルス幅とすぐ次のパルス間隔の合計が上記周波数の逆数である周期 を構成し、各々のパルス波形が、第1のパルスセグメントが、上記パルス幅の予 め定めた第1の部分にわたって続きかつ予め定めた第1の平均の電流振幅を有し ;第2パルスセグメントが、続いて起こる第2の部分にわたって続きかつ上記パ ルス幅の残りを構成するとともに予め定めた第2の平均の電流振幅を有し;上記 第1の部分が上記パルス幅の50%を越えないことを特徴とする治療方法。
- 6.上記パルス幅は、上記周期の10%から80%の範囲内の期間である請求項 5の方法。
- 7.上記パルスの上記周波数が、0.5と50キロヘルツの間にある請求項6の 方法。
- 8.上記第1の平均の電流振幅が、0.1から50ミリアンペアの間にあり、上 記第2平均電流振幅は、0.01から5ミリアンペアの間にある請求項7の方法 。
- 9.生体へのパルス化したイオン導入による薬剤治療を加える装置であって、電 力源及び生体の皮膚に接触するようにした関電極と不関電極、及び上記電力源と 上記関電極と上記不関電極に連結したパルス発生手段を有し、上記パルス発生手 段は、一連の周期的電気的パルスを発生させ、上記電極を駆動し上記皮層を通し て正味直流電流を導くようにするために、上記パルス列を印加する装置において 、 予め定めた周波数で一連の周期的パルスを発生させるためのパルス発生手段であ って、各パルスが、上記パルスの予め定めたパルス幅を規定する時間の第1の間 隔にわたって続いており、各パルスが、上記パルス幅にすぐに続くパルス間隔を 規定する時間の第2の間隔に続いて起こるパルスから分離され、上記パルス幅と すぐ次のパルス間隔の合計が上記周波数の逆数である周期を構成し、上記パルス 発生手段がさらに、 上記パルス幅の予め定めた第1の部分にわたって続きかつ予め定めた第1の平均 の電流振幅を有する第1のパルスセグメントを作り出すための第1のパルスセグ メント発生手段; 続いて起こる第2の部分にわたって続きかつ上記パルス幅の残りを構成するとと もに予め定めた第2の平均の電流振幅を有し第2パルスセグメントを作り出すた めの第2のパルスセグメント発生手段を有し;上記第1の平均の電流振幅が上記 第2平均電流振幅より大きく;上記第1の部分が上記パルス幅の50%を越えな いことを特徴とする治療装置。
- 10.上記パルス幅は、上記周期の10%から80%の範囲内の期間である請求 項9の装置。
- 11.上記パルスの上記周波数が、0.5と50キロヘルツの間にある請求項1 0の装置。
- 12.上記第1の平均の電流振幅が、0.1から50ミリアンペアの間にあり、 上記第2平均電流振幅は、0.01から5ミリアンペアの間にある請求項11の 装置。
- 13.生体へのパルス化したイオン導入による薬剤治療を加える装置であって、 電力源及び生体の皮膚に接触するようにした関電極と不関電極、及び上記電力源 と上記関電極と上記不関電極に連結したパルス発生手段を有し、上記パルス発生 手段は、一連の周期的電気的パルスを発生させ、上記電極を駆動し上記皮膚を通 して正味直流電流を導くようにするために、上記パルス列を印加する装置におい て、 予め定めた周波数で一連の周期的パルスを発生させるためのパルス発生手段であ って、各パルスが、上記パルスの子め定めたパルス幅を規定する時間の第1の間 隔にわたって続いており、各パルスが、上記パルス幅にすぐに続くパルス間隔を 規定する時間の第2の間隔に続いて起こるパルスから分離され、上記パルス幅と すぐ次のパルス間隔の合計が上記周波数の逆数である周期を構成し、上記パルス 発生手段がさらに、 上記パルス幅の予め定めた第1の部分にわたって続きかつ予め定めた第1の平均 の電圧振幅を有する第1のパルスセグメントを作り出すための第1のパルスセグ メント発生手段; 続いて起こる第2の部分にわたって続きかつ上記パルス幅の残りを構成するとと もに予め定めた第2の平均の電流振幅を有し第2パルスセグメントを作り出すた めの第2のパルスセグメント発生手段を有し;上記第1の部分が上記パルス幅の 50%を越えないことを特徴とする治療装置。
- 14.上記パルス幅は、上記周期の10%から80%の範囲内の期間である請求 項13の装置。
- 15.上記パルスの上記周波数が、0.5と50キロヘルツの間にある請求項1 4の装置。
- 16.上記第1の平均の電流振幅が、0.1から50ミリアンペアの間にあり、 上記第2平均電流振幅は、0.01から5ミリアンペアの間にある請求項15の 装置。
