低いと云う問題があつた。<Prior Art> In general, this type of shelf support device involves inserting a clip part protruding from one side of a shelf support member into an opening on a surface to which it is attached, and then rotating the clip part to engage the edge of the opening. A structure that prevents it from falling out is used. According to this method, two steps of insertion and rotation are required, and therefore there is a problem that the assembly work efficiency is low.

ある。 Further, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 62-47810 discloses a holder that fixes a clip portion by bending a tongue piece formed at the opening edge of the mounting surface. According to this, not only is it necessary to provide a tongue piece in advance at the edge of the opening, but also a step of bending the tongue piece after inserting the clip portion is included, so that assembly tends to be complicated.

材が被取付面に固定される。 Preferably, the support member can be reliably fixed to the surface to be attached by simply inserting the clip portion into the attachment hole. As such a shelf support device, a structure can be considered in which the leg portion of the clip portion is provided with an elastic claw portion that projects outward, and the claw portion is inserted into the attachment hole while being elastically deformed inward. According to this, the shelf support member is fixed to the mounting surface by restoring the elastic claw portion after insertion and engaging with the inner edge of the hole.

If there is play in the fitting between the hole and the leg, a dynamic load will be applied, increasing the strength load on the fitting part. Therefore, it is preferable that the fit between the leg and the hole be as tight as possible.

If it is attempted to increase the tightness between the leg and the hole, the thickness of the leg inevitably becomes large, and it is conceivable that the rigidity thereof becomes excessively high.

Therefore, PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) resin is suitable for this purpose.

ある。 However, since this PPS resin has a relatively low elastic limit, it has the disadvantage that the amount of deformation when inserting the clip portion into the mounting hole cannot be large enough. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to use PPS resin to ensure tightness between the leg portion and the hole, and to ensure ease of attachment of the clip portion to the attachment hole.

The object of the present invention is to provide a shelf support device that can be installed.

る。<Means for Solving the Problems> According to the present invention, the above-mentioned object is to provide a shelf support member comprising a support part for supporting a shelf board and a clip part integrally provided on one side of the support part. and a hole formed in the wall surface to which the clip is attached for insertion of the clip, the clip being substantially spaced apart from each other in the width direction in a direction perpendicular to the one side surface. two legs protruding in parallel and bendable in a direction in which the free ends approach each other with the proximal end as a fulcrum; A free end including a first protrusion that protrudes in the width direction only from the outer surface of the proximal end of each leg is placed on the proximal end of each leg, and the free end is retracted from the outer surface of the proximal end of each leg. an elastic claw integrally formed on each leg so as to be able to bend; and a thickness of each proximal end of the two legs greater than the maximum thickness of the elastic claw. , a rib formed only on opposing surfaces of the two leg parts, and a protrusion amount smaller than the protrusion amount of the leg part at a lower position of the two leg parts on the one side surface; a second protrusion protruding in the same direction as the leg, and the hole is sized to relatively tightly receive the proximal end portions of the two legs including the rib. This is achieved by providing a shelf support device characterized by comprising a leg attachment hole and a through hole for inserting the protrusion, which is dimensioned to relatively tightly receive the second protrusion. Therefore, the shelf support member can be easily attached to the surface to be attached by simply inserting the clip portion into the attachment hole. Moreover, the rigidity of the leg can be appropriately set by the rib, and the proximal end of the leg can be substantially tightly fitted into the inner edge of the hole.
In addition to this, even if looseness occurs between the Yoshiba leg and its mounting hole due to machining accuracy,
The second protrusion protruding in the same direction as the leg portion is fitted into the through hole for insertion of the protrusion, so that backlash can be suitably prevented.

2 are each slightly bent inward about the proximal end 19, that is, in the direction of arrow C. At the same time, each elastic claw portion 18a bends slightly inward, ie, in the direction of arrow B, centering on the respective base end portion 23. Therefore, although the amount of deformation of the base ends 19 and 23 of the leg portion 12 and the elastic claw portion 18a is relatively small, the amount of deformation of the elastic claw portion 18a is Since the base end portion 23 is also displaced inward, the amount of deformation of both is compounded, and the amount of displacement of the outer surface 22 of the protrusion 18b becomes relatively large. Here, the maximum thickness dimension of the elastic claw portion 18a is determined by the height of the protrusion 18b portion, but the thickness dimension of the base end portion 19 of the leg portion 12 including the ribs 15 and 16 is larger than the height dimension of the protrusion 18b. Because of this setting, the protrusion 18b can easily pass through the attachment hole 20.

The leg portion 12 including the portion a is restored to its original shape, and the freest end 24 of each protrusion 18b engages with the opening edge of each attachment hole 20, thereby preventing the shelf support member 4 from coming off. At the same time, since the protrusion 13 fits into the through hole 21, the position of the shelf support member 4 is fixed at a predetermined position. Further, the load applied to the frame support surface 8 of the support portion 9 is sufficiently supported by both the legs 12 and the protrusion 13 that fit tightly into each of the attachment holes 20 and the through holes 21.

る。<Effects of the invention> As described above, according to the invention, the two legs arranged substantially parallel to each other and the elastic claws provided on each leg are elastically deformed, Since the amount of deformation is compounded and the actual amount of displacement of the protrusion that actually engages with the hole becomes large, it is possible to use a material with high rigidity and a low elastic limit without impairing the ease of installation. Assembling work efficiency is greatly improved. Furthermore, since the mounting hole and the base end of the leg fit tightly together, and the protrusion protruding in the same direction as the leg fits into the through hole, play is prevented and installation rigidity is improved. This is advantageous in terms of strength.
