Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 この発明は、パラジウムをチタンに含有させてチタンの
加工硬度を上げ、光沢と発色のカラー範囲を広げて耐食
性を一段と上げることが出来る。又チタンの表面はスポ
ンジ状のため鈍い光沢しか得られなかったが、パラジウ
ムを入れる事によりチタンの光沢が一層良くなり多彩な
カラーに仕上げられてチタン枠の高級品化を計ることが
出来る。　　従来のチタン枠は摩耗に弱く傷つきやすい
欠点があったが、パラジウムを入れることにより表面硬
度が増し傷つき難くなる。これはαβ合金なとのような
チタン合金にるヒンク系カラーなどか容易二二解決され
ろ。
又チタンこよ素材のままては眼鏡枠としての製品１ヒは
なくハラ入れにより表面加工分野二二おいても素を才の
ままに加工して仕上かりａｌＩｌの削減が計られてチタ
ン枠の機能性の向上とともＳこ光沢のある画期的なハラ
人すチタシの眼鏡枠。　　尚チタンろう付；すには真空
スポットろう付けかなされ素材、部品共に傷が付き易い
欠点があったか、パラジウム入りニこより傷が１寸き難
くなり、ろう付け性が良くなる利点がある。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. チタンにパラジウムを入れる事により強度と光沢を増し
    てチタンの表面加工による発色が容易に仕上がり、ろう
    付け性の改良にも役立つ画期的なパラ入りチタン合金の
    眼鏡枠。
