状体に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to window members made of plate-shaped bodies, particularly glass plates, synthetic resin plates, etc., such as flat or curved plate-shaped raw or reinforced window members. The present invention relates to a plate-shaped body with a holder member attached thereto, which can be used for door members, particularly for vehicles that require lifting and lowering, and movable window glass for automobiles.

る。 For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-25931 describes a holder for a vehicle window glass, and the window glass holder is provided between the vehicle window glass and a vertical movement mechanism for vertically moving the window glass. A U-groove that can hold the lower edge of the window glass and a hard synthetic resin holder with a nut embedded in the hole are molded, and the inside surface of the U-groove has thin irregularities to improve the adhesion of the adhesive. It is disclosed that protrusions are formed on both ends of the U-groove to prevent the adhesive from extruding at the same time as the holder is molded.
A metal fitting fixing device for a movable window glass for automobiles is described, in which a bottom plate part and both side plate parts having a width that is almost the same as the thickness of the window glass are continuously integrated to form a substantially U-shaped side surface, and the peripheral edge of the movable window glass is fixed. The main body of the shock absorbing member is made of an elastic and relatively hard synthetic resin material, and has an outer diameter that protrudes from each opposing surface of the side panels and can fit into the metal fitting hole provided on the movable window glass. The stop rod insertion holes, which are larger in diameter than the stop rod surrounded by the annular protrusion, are provided facing each other, and the annular protrusions are fitted into the metal fitting mounting holes of the movable window glass, respectively, to attach the stop rod insertion holes and the metal fittings. It is known that a movable window glass is fixed to a glass supporting metal fitting using a stopper that passes through a hole.

As mentioned above, when molding the holder separately, it is necessary to create a complex shape that requires protrusions to prevent the adhesive from extruding and a large number of finely uneven surfaces to strengthen the adhesive force. However, when attaching a separately molded holder to a window glass with adhesive, it takes a long time for the adhesive to dry and solidify, and during that time the curvature of the window glass and holder becomes distorted, making it impossible to lift or lower a car door. When attached to window glass, etc., it is easy for the product to be rejected due to uneven movement, etc., and even if measures are taken to strengthen the adhesive strength on the holder side, although it is extremely rare, it will not last long. During use, deterioration and peeling of the adhesive surface on the window glass surface,
This does not completely eliminate concerns about separation, etc. On the other hand, even if a stop rod insertion hole with an annular protruding edge of a buffer member is fitted into a metal fitting hole of a window glass and a glass support metal fitting is fixed by a stop rod passing through the hole, a hole will not be made in the window glass. It is not possible to prevent the strength of the glass itself from decreasing due to the installation of the window glass, and since it is fixed by screws, there are problems such as stress may be generated at the periphery of the hole in the window glass.

In addition, there is a strong trend toward luxury products, and it is important to make use of the space within the door frame to store and install other accessories, or to add various functions to the inner panel of the door. It is also desired to have the following properties, but this is not always completely satisfactory.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above drawbacks of the conventional method, and the holder member is not simply glued to the plate-like body, but is fixed integrally and opportunistically through holes drilled in both. To provide a plate-like body with a holder member attached thereto, which is reliable and safe because the side walls of the holder member having a U-shaped cross section are connected by inserting and fixing the stake-like member.

Depending on the method of raising and lowering the plate-shaped body and the method of opening and closing, it may be possible to attach it to one or both side edges or the upper edge of the plate-shaped body, and the number of holder members to be bonded may also be one in a wide area. It may be divided into two or more pieces, and the selection depends on the lifting and lowering method, the opening/closing method, the size of the plate, the weight, the shape, etc. It is.

However, the shape of the through hole and the through hole etc. do not necessarily have to be the same.

By using an injection molding method such as RIM (reaction injection molding) method, R-RIM (reinforced reaction injection molding) method, LIM (liquid injection molding) method, or R-LIM (reinforced liquid injection molding) method, etc. The resin used in this case is as follows:
Thermoplastic resins and thermosetting resins such as polyurethane, polyacetal, nylon 6, nylon 66, polyester, PBT, and epoxy,
Additionally, thermoplastic rubbers, such as polyolefins,
Polyurethane-based materials, ethylene-vinyl acetate-based materials, etc. are also used, and general reinforcing materials such as inorganic fibers such as glass fibers and organic fibers such as aramid fibers are used as reinforcing materials for the resins. The mold member during molding is composed of two or more mold members, and a plurality of injection ports of the member may be provided so as to sufficiently cover the spaces between the two holes,
Fluorine resin, silicone resin, silicone rubber, etc. can be used as the sealing material/buffer member for sealing. Alternatively, for example, a separately molded stake-shaped member, preferably made of resin, may be inserted into the holes using a cylinder device or the like and fixed with an adhesive.

As mentioned above, in addition to adhering the plate-like body and the holder member to which the holder member of the present invention is attached, the plate-like body is formed into a pile shape by overlapping the through-holes of the plate-like body and the through-holes of the holder member. Cross section U of the holder member that is adhered to both the front and back sides of the peripheral edge of the plate-shaped body
Since both side walls of the shape are connected, there is no need to worry about separation even if the adhesive surface between the glass plate or other plate-like object and the holder member peels off due to deterioration, ensuring secure holding and more durability. This is the result.

る。 In other words, by firmly covering the end face of the through hole drilled in the plate-shaped body with resin or the like, it is possible to prevent the strength from decreasing in this area. It contributes to weight reduction and can be widely adopted for various applications such as vehicle or automobile window glass, architectural window glass and door glass, and glass doors for furniture.
