【効果】 突起を焼入れ処理することにより突起自身の
耐摩耗性が高まり、スパイク金具全体の耐久性が向上す
る。また、突起が摩滅するとその裏側の窪みが金具本体
を貫通する穴となり、雪氷面で溶けた水がその穴を介し
て逃げるため、グリップ力が向上する。
