少なくとも3つのウェブピーク(14)がさらに提供され、
外部から内部に第1ウェブピーク(14.1)の外側半径(R1)、前記第1ウェブピーク(14.1)の内側半径(R2)、第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)の外側半径(R3)、前記第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)の内側半径(R4)及び第2ウェブピーク(14.2)の半径(R5)が下記のように
R1=1.5~3.5mm、
R2=2~4mm、
R3=1.9~5mm、
R4=1.9~40mm、
R5=3~50mmに測定され、
前記少なくとも2つのウェブトラフ(12)と前記少なくとも3つのウェブピーク(14)は、前記スロット間にも形成され、管板用プロファイル(10)の底部の全領域にわたって形成され、少なくとも3つのウェブピーク(14)は、2つの外側ウェブピーク(14)を含み、前記スロットは、2つの外側ウェブピーク(14)の最も高い地点まで延長され、前記スロットは、バーリングで形成されていることを特徴とする管板用プロファイル。 - 少なくとも1つのウェブピーク(14)またはトラフ(12)が少なくても1つのフラットニング部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の管板用プロファイル。
- 外部から内部に第1ウェブピーク(14.1)上にある少なくとも1つのフラットニング部(W1)、前記第1ウェブピーク(14.1)と第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)間少なくとも1つのフラットニング部(W2)、前記第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)内にある少なくとも1つのフラットニング部(W3)及び前記第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)と第2ウェブピーク(14.2)間少なくとも1つのフラットニング部(W4)に対して次の式が適用され、
この時、アルファ(α)は第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)の接線と関連して前記第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)と前記第2ウェブピーク(14.2)の角度であり、また、Twidthは管の幅であり、また、R1~R5は、第1ウェブピーク(14.1)の外側半径(R1)、第1ウェブピーク(14.1)の内側半径(R2)、第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)の外側半径(R3)、第1ウェブトラフ(12.1)の内側半径(R4)および第2ウェブピーク(14.2)の半径(R5)であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の管板用プロファイル。 - 前記管板用プロファイルがアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の管板用プロファイル。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のうち何れか一項による少なくとも1つの管板用プロファイルを有することを特徴とする管板。
- 請求項5による少なくとも1つの管板を有することを特徴とする自動車空気調和システム用冷却器。
- 前記管がアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金で製造されて少なくとも1つの管板用プロファイルにハンダ付けされたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自動車空気調和システム用冷却器。
