Description
第1参考例に係る軸シール構造12について、図1~図5を参照しながら説明する。図1および図2には、軸シール構造12を採用したアングルシートバルブ10が示されている。アングルシートバルブ10は、例えば、飲料容器を洗浄するための薬液、医療機器等に蒸気滅菌するための蒸気等の流体(以下、単に「流体」という)の流れを制御するために用いられる。アングルシートバルブ10は、特に大流量の制御に適したものである。アングルシートバルブ10は、バルブ機構部と駆動機構部とからなる。バルブ機構部は、バルブボデイ38およびバルブロッド(ロッド)32を備える。駆動機構部は、シリンダチューブ56およびピストン58を備える。
Vパッキン14a~14cは、フッ素樹脂製であり、耐薬品性および耐蒸気性に優れている。図4に示されるように、V字状の断面を有するVパッキン14a~14cは、厚肉の頂部16と、頂部16から斜め内方に延びる薄肉の内側スカート部18と、頂部16から斜め外方に延びる薄肉の外側スカート部20とを有する。頂部16は、内側スカート部18および外側スカート部20とは反対側に突出する環状の凸部16aを有する。複数のVパッキン14a~14cは、それぞれの頂部16が弁体44から離れた側に位置するようにして、かつ、バルブロッド32の軸線CL2(傾斜管部42の軸線と共通)方向に積み重なるようにして配置される。
次に、第2参考例に係る軸シール構造80について、図6および図7を参照しながら説明する。なお、軸シール構造80は、第1参考例と同様のアングルシートバルブ10に適用されるものとして説明する。また、第1参考例の軸シール構造12と同一または同等の構成には同一の参照符号を付し、詳細な説明を省略する。
本発明の実施形態に係る軸シール構造90が図8に示されている。この軸シール構造90は、Vパッキンを一つしか備えていない点で、第1参考例に係る軸シール構造12と異なる。なお、第1参考例の軸シール構造12と同一または同等の構成には同一の参照符号を付してある。以下、この軸シール構造90について説明する。

Claims (9)
- 所定の流体中で駆動され軸線方向に移動可能なロッドと、前記ロッドを収容するホルダとの間に配置される軸シール構造であって、
Vパッキンと、前記ホルダの内周に取り付けられる第1ガイドブッシュと、前記ホルダの端部に配置されるスクレーパとを有し、
前記Vパッキンは、厚肉の頂部と、前記頂部から斜め内方に延びる薄肉の内側スカート部と、前記頂部から斜め外方に延びる薄肉の外側スカート部とからなり、前記内側スカート部はその先端部において前記ロッドの外面に摺接し、前記外側スカート部はその先端部において前記ホルダの内面に当接し、
前記頂部は、前記第1ガイドブッシュと前記スクレーパとの間で挟持され、前記内側スカート部および前記外側スカート部は、前記第1ガイドブッシュと前記スクレーパとの間に形成される空間内で自由に変形し得る軸シール構造。 - 請求項1記載の軸シール構造において、
前記頂部は、前記内側スカート部および前記外側スカート部とは反対側に突出する凸部を有し、前記第1ガイドブッシュは、前記Vパッキンを収容する凹部を備え、前記凹部の底面において前記Vパッキンの前記凸部に当接し、前記スクレーパの端部は、前記Vパッキンの前記頂部の背面に当接する軸シール構造。 - 請求項2記載の軸シール構造において、
前記第1ガイドブッシュは、前記凹部の底面に開口するグリス溜りを有する軸シール構造。 - 請求項1記載の軸シール構造において、
前記ホルダの内周に取り付けられる第2ガイドブッシュを有し、前記第1ガイドブッシュと前記第2ガイドブッシュとの間にゴムシールパッキンが装着される軸シール構造。 - 請求項4記載の軸シール構造において、
前記ゴムシールパッキンは、環状板部と、前記環状板部の内周部から延びる内側円筒部と、前記環状板部の外周部から延びる外側円筒部とを有し、前記内側円筒部は、その内周において前記ロッドの外面に摺接し、前記外側円筒部は、その外周において前記ホルダの内面に当接する軸シール構造。 - 請求項4記載の軸シール構造において、
前記第1ガイドブッシュは、前記ゴムシールパッキンに向けて開口するグリス溜りを有する軸シール構造。 - 請求項4記載の軸シール構造において、
前記第2ガイドブッシュは、前記ロッドと向き合う内周面にグリス溜りを有する軸シール構造。 - 請求項1記載の軸シール構造において、
前記Vパッキンはフッ素樹脂製である軸シール構造。 - 請求項1記載の軸シール構造を採用したバルブ。
