Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1つのバッテリセルと、
前記少なくとも1つのバッテリセルの上側部に配される回路基板と、
前記バッテリセルと前記回路基板との間に配される温度センシング部と、を含み、
前記温度センシング部は、
貫通部が形成されたフォームパッド部と、
前記貫通部に配された温度センサと、を含み、
前記温度センサは、前記フォームパッド部の貫通部の内部を横切り、その一端部と他端部とが前記フォームパッド部の外部に露出されるように配される、バッテリパック。 - 前記温度センサの一端部には、回路基板連結部が形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記回路基板連結部は、前記回路基板の下端部と半田付け結合される、請求項2に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記温度センサの他端部は、前記バッテリセルに付着される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリセルの真ん中部分には、ベンティングホールが形成され、
前記ベンティングホールの内部には、プレートが配され、
前記温度センサの他端部は、前記プレートに付着される、請求項4に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記プレートには、付着部が形成され、
前記温度センサの他端部は、前記付着部に付着される、請求項5に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記フォームパッド部の貫通された一面部には、第1接着部が形成され、
前記第1接着部は、前記回路基板に接着される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第1接着部は、接着テープによって形成される、請求項7に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フォームパッド部の貫通された他面部には、第2接着部が形成され、
前記第2接着部は、前記バッテリセルのプレート面に接着される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。 - 前記第2接着部は、接着テープによって形成される、請求項9に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記温度センサは、フィルムタイプに形成される、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記温度センサは、前記貫通部の内部に、S字形に沿って挿入される、請求項11に記載のバッテリパック。
- 前記フォームパッド部は、六面体状に形成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリパック。
