Claims (16)
- 基材と、
前記基材上に配設されたジルコニウム含有ベース層であって、前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層が、炭窒化ジルコニウムベース層または窒化ジルコニウムベース層である、ジルコニウム含有ベース層と、
前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層上に配設された1つ以上の銅合金層と
を含み、前記銅合金層のそれぞれは、前記銅合金層の総重量に対して72~92重量%の銅および8~28重量%の量のニッケルを含む、または、前記1つ以上の銅合金層は、単一のジルコニウム銅合金層である、コーティングされた基材。 - 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層が、少なくとも50モル%の量のジルコニウム、少なくとも0.02モル%の量の炭素、および少なくとも0.02モル%の量の窒素を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層が、下記式を有する化合物を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材:

式中、xは0.0~0.3であり、Yは0.1~0.5である。 - 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層が、下記式を有する化合物を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材:
Zr1-x-yCxNy
式中、xは0.0~0.2であり、Yは0.2~0.3である。 - 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層が、式Zr0.60C0.10N0.30を有する炭窒化ジルコニウムを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- ニッケルが各銅合金層の総重量の10~25重量%の量で存在し、銅が各銅合金層の総重量の75~90重量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 各銅合金層が、鉄、ジルコニウム、タングステン、クロム、およびそれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される追加の元素を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記追加の元素のそれぞれが、前記銅合金層の総重量の0.01~5重量%の量で独立的に存在する、請求項7に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 単一の銅合金層が前記基材上に配設される、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層が100~800nmの厚さを有し、単一の銅合金層が50~600nmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層上に配設された交互の銅合金層とジルコニウム含有中間層とを有し、前記ジルコニウム含有中間層が、炭窒化ジルコニウム中間層または窒化ジルコニウム中間層である、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層および前記ジルコニウム含有中間層がそれぞれ独立して20~300nmの厚さを有し、各銅合金層が10~200nmの厚さを有する、請求項11に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 3~10個の銅合金層および3~10個のジルコニウム含有中間層を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記基材と前記ジルコニウム含有ベース層との間に介在する金属接着層をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記ジルコニウム銅合金層がジルコニウム含有/銅合金層である、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
- 前記ジルコニウム銅合金層が50~600nmの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のコーティングされた基材。
