Claims (7)
- 第1方向に延在する筒状ケースと、
複数のバッテリセルを前記第1方向に積層して構成されるセル群と、
前記筒状ケースの前記第1方向の両端に配置される開口部と、
前記筒状ケースの内部に配置され、前記セル群を収容する収容部と、
前記開口部を塞ぐように前記筒状ケースに固定されるエンドプレートと、
前記筒状ケースと前記エンドプレートとに亘って固定される補強部材と、を備え、
前記補強部材の一方端部は、前記筒状ケースの前記第1方向に直交する第2方向に配置される外壁部に設けられる第1の固定部に固定され、
前記補強部材の他方端部は、前記エンドプレートの外側部に設けられる第2の固定部に固定され、
前記筒状ケースは、前記第2方向に配置される2つの前記外壁部を繋いで前記第1方向に延在する隔壁部を内部に有し、
前記第1の固定部は、前記筒状ケースと別体に設けられ、前記外壁部における前記隔壁部と重なる位置に配置される、蓄電装置。 - 前記筒状ケースの前記外壁部は、前記エンドプレートを前記筒状ケースに固定する第1の締結部材を前記第1方向に沿って挿通させる締結部材挿通孔と、前記締結部材挿通孔に連通し、前記第1の固定部を収容する固定部収容溝と、を有し、
前記第1の固定部は、前記第1の締結部材が螺合する螺合部を有し、前記固定部収容溝内に収容された状態で、前記締結部材挿通孔に挿通される前記第1の締結部材が前記螺合部に螺合することによって前記外壁部に固定される、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第2の固定部は、前記セル群における前記第1方向及び前記第2方向と直交する第3方向の中心線上に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記収容部は、前記隔壁部を挟んで並んで2つ配置され、
前記補強部材は、1つの前記一方端部と、前記収容部の数に対応する2つの前記他方端部と、を有し、
前記補強部材は、前記第2方向から視て、前記隔壁部に対して線対称に形成される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記隔壁部は、前記第1方向に温調媒体が流れる温調媒体流路を有する、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記補強部材の前記一方端部は、第2の締結部材によって前記第1の固定部に固定され、
前記補強部材の前記他方端部は、係合孔部を有し、
前記第2の固定部は、前記補強部材の前記係合孔部に係合することによって前記他方端部を固定する係合突部を有する、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第2の固定部は、前記エンドプレートの前記外側部において、前記第1の固定部を有する前記外壁部が配置される方向と同一方向に配置される側面に配置される、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。
