Description
例1
表2に示す組成の混合液を自公転型遠心撹拌機THINKY AR-250(株式会社シンキー、日本国東京都千代田区)を用いて3.5分間撹拌して低光沢層コーティング組成物を得た。低光沢層コーティング組成物を、透明樹脂基材1上にナイフコーターを用いギャップを40μmとして塗布し、温度65℃のオーブンに1.5分間置いて溶剤をコーティング層から除去し、その後温度120℃のオーブンに5分間置いて熱硬化させて、乾燥厚み約12μmの低光沢層を形成した。得られたフィルムの低光沢層とは反対側に透明接着層を積層して、オーバーラミネートフィルム1を作製した。透明接着層は、100質量部のADH1及び0.2質量部のCL1を混合し、それをシリコーン被覆ポリエチレンラミネート紙の上に塗布し、65℃で2分間、90℃で3分間乾燥して、乾燥厚み約30μmで形成した。
ナノシリカ粒子を使用せず、配合量を表2に記載のとおり変更した以外は例1と同様にして低光沢層コーティング組成物を調製し、オーバーラミネートフィルムC1を作製した。
例1のオーバーラミネートフィルム1、比較例1のオーバーラミネートフィルムC1、比較例2のオーバーラミネートフィルム(IJ4117N)、及び比較例3のオーバーラミネートフィルム(IJ4137)について、表面光沢度、表面測色(明度L*)、並びに150%伸長後の表面光沢度及び明度L*について以下の条件で測定した。結果を、表3-1及び表3-2に示す。
オーバーラミネートフィルムをSC501上にラミネートし、携帯型光沢計BYKガードナー・マイクロ-トリ-グロス(ビックケミー・ジャパン株式会社、日本国東京都新宿区)を用いて、表面光沢度を測定角20度/60度/85度にて測定した。表面光沢度が60度で5GU以下である場合、実用的な低光沢条件を充たすと評価できる。また、測定角20度で0.2GU以下、60度で0.7GU以下、85度で5.0GU以下の3つを満たす場合、極めて良好な低光沢表面外観を示すと評価できる。
オーバーラミネートフィルムをSC501上にラミネートし、得られた積層体を150mm×15mmにカットしてサンプルを作製した。サンプルをテンシロン万能試験機RTC-1210A(株式会社エー・アンド・デイ、日本国東京都豊島区)を用いて温度20℃、相対湿度60%の環境下で100mm/分の速度で150%伸長した。伸長後のサンプルの表面光沢度を測定角20度/60度/85度にて測定した。表面光沢度が60度で5GU以下である場合、実用的な低光沢条件を充たすと評価できる。また、測定角20度で0.2GU以下、60度で0.7GU以下、85度で5.0GU以下の3つを満たす場合、極めて良好な低光沢表面外観を示すと評価できる。
オーバーラミネートフィルムをSC501上にラミネートし、分光測色計CM-3700d(コニカミノルタジャパン株式会社、日本国東京都港区)を用いて光源D65/10°、正反射処理SCI、UV反射0%にて明度L*値の測定を行った。
オーバーラミネートフィルムをSC501上にラミネートし、得られた積層体を150mm×15mmにカットしてサンプルを作製した。サンプルをテンシロン万能試験機RTC-1210A(株式会社エー・アンド・デイ、日本国東京都豊島区)を用いて温度20℃、相対湿度60%の環境下で100mm/分の速度で150%伸長した。伸長後のサンプルの表面測色を行った。オーバーラミネートフィルムの伸長前の明度をL* 1、150%伸長後の明度をL* 2、明度差をΔL*=L* 2-L* 1としたときの明度差ΔL*を計算した。明度差ΔL*が低いほど伸長による明度の上昇すなわち白化が少ないと評価できる。
表5に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルムを用いて例1GA及び例1GB、並びに比較例1GA及び1GB~2GBのグラフィック積層体を作製した。
グラフィックフィルムの印刷層を2種類のインクジェットプリンタを用いて形成した。一つはUVインクジェットプリンタUJF-3042FX(株式会社ミマキエンジニアリング、日本国長野県東御市)であり、もう一つは溶剤インクジェットプリンタXR-640(ローランド ディー.ジー.株式会社、日本国静岡県浜松市)である。印刷条件を以下の表4-1及び表4-2に記載する。
グラフィック積層体の各印刷部(CMYK)及び非印刷部(白色)について、紫外可視近赤外(UV-Vis-NIR) 分光光度計SolidSpec-3700(株式会社島津製作所、日本国京都府京都市)を用い、JIS A 5759:2008に準拠して可視光反射率を測定した。
可視光反射率から、コントラスト比、コントラスト改善指数及び可視光反射保持率を下式に従って決定した。コントラスト改善指数が1を超えて高いほど、明暗の違いが際立った鮮明な視覚効果を有する意匠外観が提供されることを意味する。コントラスト改善指数が1未満である場合、コントラスト比がオーバーラミネートフィルムで被覆したことにより低下したことを意味する。可視光反射保持率が100%を超える場合、可視光反射率がオーバーラミネートフィルムで被覆したことにより増加したことを意味する。
携帯型光沢計BYKガードナー・マイクロ-トリ-グロス(ビックケミー・ジャパン株式会社、日本国東京都新宿区)を用いて、表面光沢度を測定角20度/60度/85度にて測定した。表面光沢度が60度で5GU以下である場合、実用的な低光沢条件を充たすと評価できる。また、測定角20度で0.2GU以下、60度で0.7GU以下、85度で5.0GU以下の3つを満たす場合、極めて良好な低光沢表面外観を示すと評価できる。
参考例2G
グラフィックフィルムSC501の上に、表7の記載の条件で直接印刷して参考例2Gのグラフィックフィルムを作製した。
表8に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルムの低光沢層又は艶消し表面の上に表7の記載の条件で印刷し、その後グラフィックフィルムSC501の上に積層して例2G及び比較例3Gのグラフィック積層体を作製した。

前記低光沢層が、樹脂を含むバインダーと、4μm以上、20μm以下の平均粒径を有する樹脂ビーズと、ナノシリカ粒子とを含み、
前記低光沢層の表面光沢度が60度で5GU以下である、オーバーラミネートフィルム。

前記低光沢層を部分的に被覆する印刷パターンをさらに含む、態様1に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
[態様3]
前記印刷パターンがインクジェット印刷パターンである、態様2に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。

前記オーバーラミネートフィルムが伸長可能である、態様1~3のいずれか一態様に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。

前記ナノシリカ粒子の平均粒径が10nm以上、100nm以下である、態様1~4のいずれか一態様に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。

前記低光沢層が、前記バインダー100質量部を基準として、前記ナノシリカ粒子を5質量部以上、120質量部以下含む、態様1~5のいずれか一態様に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。

前記低光沢層が、前記バインダー100質量部を基準として、前記樹脂ビーズを70質量部以上、240質量部以下含む、態様1~6のいずれか一態様に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。

前記バインダーがウレタン樹脂を含む、態様1~7のいずれか一態様に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
[態様9]
前記樹脂ビーズがウレタン樹脂ビーズである、態様1~8のいずれか一態様に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。

Claims (14)
- 装飾表面に適用されるオーバーラミネートフィルムであって、
第1面及び前記第1面と反対側の第2面とを有する透明樹脂ベースフィルムと、
前記透明樹脂ベースフィルムの前記第1面に配置された低光沢層と、
前記透明樹脂ベースフィルムの前記第2面に配置された透明接着層と
を含み、
前記低光沢層が、樹脂を含むバインダーと、4μm以上、20μm以下の平均粒径を有する樹脂ビーズと、ナノシリカ粒子とを含み、
前記低光沢層が、前記バインダー100質量部を基準として、前記樹脂ビーズを100質量部以上、240質量部以下含み、
前記低光沢層の表面光沢度が60度で5GU以下である、オーバーラミネートフィルム。 - 前記低光沢層を部分的に被覆する印刷パターンをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記印刷パターンがインクジェット印刷パターンである、請求項2に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記オーバーラミネートフィルムが伸長可能である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記ナノシリカ粒子の平均粒径が10nm以上、100nm以下である、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記低光沢層が、前記バインダー100質量部を基準として、前記ナノシリカ粒子を5質量部以上、120質量部以下含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記バインダーがウレタン樹脂を含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記樹脂ビーズがウレタン樹脂ビーズである、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記低光沢層の表面光沢度が、60度で0.7GU以下である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記バインダーがセルロースエステルをさらに含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記ウレタン樹脂が2液型ウレタン樹脂組成物の硬化物を含む、請求項7に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 前記透明樹脂ベースフィルムが、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリウレタン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、塩化ビニル-酢酸ビニル樹脂、アクリル樹脂、セルロース樹脂、及びフッ素樹脂からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の樹脂を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルム。
- 第1面及び前記第1面と反対側の第2面とを有する樹脂ベースフィルムと、前記第1面の上に配置された印刷層と、前記第2面の上に配置された接着層とを含むグラフィックフィルムと、
前記グラフィックフィルムの前記印刷層を被覆する請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のオーバーラミネートフィルムと
を含むグラフィック積層体。 - 前記グラフィックフィルムの前記印刷層が印刷領域及び非印刷領域を含む、請求項13に記載のグラフィック積層体。
