Description
i) 次の成分:

(C) 少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、
(D) 任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤、
(E) 任意に少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び

を含む焼結粉末(SP)の層を提供する工程、
ii) 工程i)で提供された焼結粉末(SP)の層を曝露する工程
を含む方法により、達成される。
工程i)において、焼結粉末(SP)の層を提供する。
本発明によれば、焼結粉末(SP)は、成分(A)として少なくとも1種の半結晶性ポリアミド、成分(B)として少なくとも1種の非晶質ポリアミド、及び成分(C)として少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、任意に成分(D)として少なくとも1種の添加剤、任意に成分(E)として少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び任意に成分(F)として少なくとも1種の鉱物難燃剤を含む。

80~125μmの範囲のD90を有する。

(C) 少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、
(D) 任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤、
(E) 任意に少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び
(F) 任意に少なくとも1種の鉱物難燃剤、
を含む焼結粉末(SP)の層を提供する工程、
i-1) 工程i)で提供された焼結粉末(SP)の層の少なくとも一部に、少なくとも1種のIR吸収インクを適用する工程
ii) 工程i)で提供された焼結粉末(SP)の層を曝露する工程
を含む方法を、さらに提供する。

本発明の方法により、成形体が得られる。成形体は、工程ii)における曝露で溶融した焼結粉末(SP)の凝固後に、粉末床から直接取り除くことができる。最初に成形体を冷却し、それから初めて成形体を粉末床から取り除くことも同様に可能である。溶融していない焼結粉末の如何なる付着粒子も、既知の方法によって表面から機械的に取り除くことができる。成形体を表面処理するための方法には、例えば、振動粉砕又はバレル研磨、及びサンドブラスト、ガラスビーズブラスト又はマイクロビーズブラストも含まれる。
(P1) ナイロン-6(Ultramid(登録商標)B27E、BASF SE)
- 非晶質ポリアミド(成分(B)):
(AP1) ナイロン-6I/6T(Grivory G16、EMS)、6I:6Tのモル比が1.9:1
- 多価アルコール(成分(C)):
(C1) ジペンタエリスリトール(Charmor DP15、Perstorp)
- 添加剤(成分(D)):
(A1) フェノール系酸化防止剤(Irganox1098(N,N’-ヘキサン-1,6-ジイルビス(3-(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニルプロピオンアミド)))、BASF SE)
表1は、使用した半結晶性ポリアミド(成分(A))の必須パラメーターを示し、表2は、使用した非晶質ポリアミド(成分(B))の必須パラメーターを示す。
焼結粉末の製造では、表3に示す成分を、二軸押出機(ZE25)で、270℃で230rpm(毎分回転数)の速度で、20kg/hのスループットを用いてペレット化し、次いで液体窒素で冷却したピン留ディスクミルで処理して、粉末を得た。その後続いて、粉末をふるいにかけて(粒径を調整した)乾燥させた(粒径分布20~120μm)。
焼結粉末(SP)を、表6に示す温度で、0.1mmの層厚で構成空間に導入した。その後続いて焼結粉末を、表6に示すレーザーパワー出力及び示すスキャン間隔を有するレーザーに、曝露中の試料に対するレーザー速度15m/秒で、曝露した。スキャン間隔は、レーザー間隔又はレーン間隔としても既知である。選択的レーザー焼結は、典型的には、ストライプ状のスキャンを伴う。スキャン間隔により、ストライプの中心の間に、すなわち、ストライプ2つに対するレーザービームの中心2つの間に距離が生じる。レーザー焼結実験は、Farsoon HT251で行った。
Claims (16)
- 成形体を製造するための方法であって、以下の工程:
i) 次の成分:
(A) 少なくとも1種の半結晶性ポリアミド、
(B) 少なくとも1種の非晶質ポリアミド、
(C) 少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、
(D) 任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤、
(E) 任意に少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び
(F) 任意に少なくとも1種の鉱物難燃剤、
を含む焼結粉末(SP)の層を提供する工程、
ii) 工程i)で提供された前記焼結粉末(SP)の前記層を曝露する工程
を含む方法。 - 成分(C)が、2000g/mol未満の数平均分子量(Mn)を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 成分(A)が、PA4、PA6、PA7、PA8、PA9、PA11、PA12、PA46、PA66、PA69、PA6,10、PA6,12、PA6,13、PA6/6,36、PA6T/6、PA12,12、PA13,13、PA6T、PA MXD6、PA6/66、PA6/12、及びこれらのコポリアミドからなる群から選択される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分(B)が、PA6I/6T、PA6I及びPA6/3Tからなる群から選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分(B)が、成分(B)の総質量に基づいて、少なくとも3質量%のPA6I/6Tを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結粉末(SP)が、各場合とも前記焼結粉末(SP)の総質量に基づいて、35質量%~96.95質量%の範囲の成分(A)、3質量%~45質量%の範囲の成分(B)、0.05質量%~20質量%の範囲の成分(C)、0質量%~10質量%の範囲の成分(D)、0質量%~44.95質量%の範囲の成分(E)及び0質量%~60質量%の範囲の成分(F)を含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分(D)が、抗核形成剤、安定剤、導電性添加剤、末端基官能化剤、染料及び着色顔料からなる群から選択される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 成分(E)が、カーボンナノチューブ、カーボン繊維、ホウ素繊維、ガラス繊維、ガラスビーズ、シリカ繊維、セラミック繊維、玄武岩繊維、アルミノシリケート、アラミド繊維及びポリエステル繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記成分(F)がマグネシウム及び/又はアルミニウムに基づく、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の焼結粉末(SP)を製造するための方法であって、以下の工程:
a) 次の成分、
(A) 少なくとも1種の半結晶性ポリアミド、
(B) 少なくとも1種の非晶質ポリアミド、
(C) 少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、
(D) 任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤、
(E) 任意に少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び
(F) 任意に少なくとも1種の鉱物難燃剤
を提供する工程、
b) 工程a)で得られた混合物を粉砕し、前記焼結粉末(SP)を得る工程
を含む、方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法により得られた、焼結粉末(SP)。
- (A) 少なくとも1種の半結晶性ポリアミド、
(B) 少なくとも1種の非晶質ポリアミド、
(C) 少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、
(D) 任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤、
(E) 任意に少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び

を含む焼結粉末(SP)を、焼結方法に使用する方法。 - 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法により得られた成形体。
- 次の成分、
(A) 少なくとも1種の半結晶性ポリアミド、
(B) 少なくとも1種の非晶質ポリアミド、
(C) 少なくとも1種の多価アルコール、
(D) 任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤、
(E) 任意に少なくとも1種の強化剤、及び
(F) 任意に少なくとも1種の鉱物難燃剤
を含む、焼結粉末。 - 前記焼結粉末が40~80μmの範囲の中央粒子径(D50)を有する、請求項15に記載の焼結粉末(SP)。
