Claims (16)
- 吐水装置の進入端と進出端との間に設けられるマイクロバブル発生器であって、
前記進入端に隣接する第1本体と、前記第1本体を貫通する第1通路とを含み、前記第1本体の該第1通路によって貫通された片端に第1接続面が設けられる給水部材と、
前記進出端に隣接する第2本体と、前記第2本体を貫通する第2通路とを含み、前記第2本体の前記第2通路によって貫通された片端に第2接続面が設けられる吐水部材とを含み、
前記給水部材と前記吐水部材は互いに当接し、前記第1接続面は前記第2接続面に対面し、前記第1通路は前記第2通路と連通し、且つ、前記第1接続面又は前記第2接続面には複数の浅溝が開設され、各前記浅溝が前記第1接続面又は前記第2接続面の外周の任意の2点を通過し、前記浅溝は前記第1接続面と前記第2接続面が接合されることで吸気ギャップを形成し、前記吸気ギャップにより外部の空気が前記第1通路と前記第2通路に取り込まれることを特徴とするマイクロバブル発生器。 - 前記給水部材は前記第1通路に対して併設された複数の第1側方通路を含み、前記吐水部材は前記第2通路に対して併設された複数の第2側方通路を含み、且つ、前記第1側方通路と前記第2側方通路が接続した箇所は前記吸気ギャップと連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記給水部材の前記進入端に隣接する片側は、前記第1通路によって貫通されたボスと、前記ボスを取り囲み且つ各前記第1側方通路によって貫通された陥没した凹溝とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 各前記第1側方通路及び/又は各前記第2側方通路は前記第1通路、及び前記第2通路に対して傾斜するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- スリーブと、前記スリーブを貫通する通気貫通孔をさらに含み、前記給水部材、及び前記吐水部材は前記スリーブ内に固定され、且つ、前記吸気ギャップは前記通気貫通孔と連通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 螺旋状に設けられた複数の羽根と、各前記羽根の間に介在する複数の渦流路と、各前記羽根と各前記渦流路を取り囲む外被管とからなり、前記スリーブの前記第2本体に隣接する片端に設けられた渦流導管をさらに含み、各前記羽根の前記渦流路に対応する外面に複数の階段面が設けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記吐水部材は、前記第2本体の前記進出端に対応する箇所に設けられた穿孔エンドカバーと、前記穿孔エンドカバーと前記第2本体との間に設けられた気泡微細化網とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記吐水部材は、前記穿孔エンドカバーから前記進出端に対して延在する突起を含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記吐水部材は、前記進出端に隣接し前記第2本体に接続された吐出水貯留空間を含み、前記マイクロバブル発生器は、螺旋状に設けられた複数の羽根と、各前記羽根の間に介在する複数の渦流路と、各前記羽根と各前記渦流路を取り囲む外被管とからなり、前記吐出水貯留空間内に設けられた渦流導管をさらに含み、各前記羽根の前記渦流路に対応する外面に複数の階段面が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記給水部材は前記第1接続面に立設された接続ロッドを含み、前記吐水部材は前記接続ロッドに対応する接続溝を含み、且つ、前記接続ロッドは前記接続溝に対して密接して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記第1接続面と前記第2接続面が対応して陥没するように構成された調節空間と、前記調節空間に螺着された調節ねじ棒と、前記調節ねじ棒に対して螺合するねじ山とからなる調節部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記調節ねじ棒は、前記調節空間内にかしめ固定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記第1接続面と前記第2接続面が対応して陥没するように構成された規制空間と、前記規制空間に可動に設けられた規制栓とからなる規制部材をさらに含み、前記調節ねじ棒に対して回転させることによって前記調節ねじ棒の前記ねじ山に螺合された深さを変更し、前記給水部材と前記吐水部材が互いに離隔又は接近するように駆動することができ、且つ、前記規制部材により前記給水部材と前記吐水部材の最大ピッチが決定されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記調節部材は前記調節ねじ棒に従動する調節ヘッドと、前記調節ヘッドを前記調節空間の内壁に固定する固定リングとを含み、前記固定リングには、ツールを挿通して前記調節ヘッドに対して操作するための操作貫通孔と、水流が通過する複数の通水孔とが開設されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記吐水部材は、増加網と、前記増加網に接続された間隔リングとからなり、前記第2本体の前記第1本体から離隔する片側に設けられた少なくとも1つの気泡増加部材を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
- 前記第1接続面又は前記第2接続面に陥没した座金溝が設けられ、前記座金溝内には前記座金溝からわずか突出するいくつかの座金が設けられ、且つ、前記座金と前記座金溝の高さの差により前記第1接続面と前記第2接続面が当接した時、必要な最小限の前記吸気ギャップが保持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のマイクロバブル発生器。
