Claims (4)
- マウンタのヘッドモジュールに着脱可能に取り付けられるノズルを負圧域に接続し、先端にパーツを吸着させ得るようにしたものであって、
前記ヘッドモジュールに可変絞り機構を搭載し、この可変絞り機構によって、前記ノズルから前記負圧域へのエアの引き込み量を調整可能とし、前記可変絞り機構を電気的に制御可能な制御手段を備え、
前記制御手段が、前記可変絞り機構を動作させるオン・オフ指令が入力される指令入力部と、予め印加電圧値または印加電流値の設定を行う設定部と、オン・オフ指令を入力されることにより前記設定部に設定されている電圧値または電流値を制御対象に出力する出力制御部と、を備えており、
前記制御手段は、前記電圧値または電流値に対応する印加電圧または印加電流に基づき、前記可変絞り機構の流量を制御し、
前記指令入力部より前記出力制御部が前記設定部に設定されている電圧値または電流値に対応する印加電圧または印加電流を流量調整機構へ印加するタイミングを制御可能であり、
高速用のノズルを対象とした前記可変絞り機構と多機能用のノズルを対象とした前記可変絞り機構とが併設されていることを特徴とするマウンタ用エア制御装置。 - 可変絞り機構が、異なる用途向けに複数設けられ、用途に応じた流量に設定される請求項1に記載のマウンタ用エア制御装置。
- 可変絞り機構が、複数のノズルごとに複数設けられ、ノズルに応じた流量に設定される請求項1又は2に記載のマウンタ用エア制御装置。
- 前記マウンタのヘッドモジュールに更に、正圧域とノズルの間に介在して正圧域からノズルに向かうエアの流量を電気的な駆動により変更可能な流量調整機構を搭載し、前記制御手段により、予め定めた印加電圧または印加電流に基づき、前記流量調整機構の流量を制御しつつ、ノズルの真空破壊を行うように構成される請求項1~3の何れかに記載のマウンタ用エア制御装置。
