Claims (20)
- 請求項1に記載の光学素子において、前記複数の微細構造は前記表面に沿ってランダムに分布する光学素子。
- 請求項1に記載の光学素子において、各微細構造は幾何形状を有する光学素子。
- 請求項4に記載の光学素子において、前記幾何形状は六角形である光学素子。
- 請求項1に記載の光学素子において、各微細構造は4つの外側境界を有する矩形であり、前記4つの外側境界のそれぞれが、前記微細構造が糸巻き形を有するように前記微細構造の中心に向かって内向きに湾曲する光学素子。
- 請求項1に記載の光学素子において、前記複数の微細構造は周期的に分布する光学素子。
- 請求項1に記載の光学素子において、前記本体は相互に反対向きの2つの表面を有する光学素子。
- 請求項8に記載の光学素子において、前記2つの表面のそれぞれが複数の微細構造を含む光学素子。
- 請求項10に記載の光学系において、前記光源は発散光源である光学系。
- 請求項11に記載の光学系において、前記発散光源は、垂直共振器面発光レーザ、側面発光レーザ、及び発光ダイオードから選択される光学系。
- 請求項10に記載の光学系において、該光学系はレンズ及びセンサも含む光学系。
- 請求項14に記載の光学系において、前記視野にわたる前記照射はp=3の場合に均一である光学系。
- 請求項10に記載の光学系において、前記本体は相互に反対向きの2つの表面を有し、該2つの表面のそれぞれが複数の微細構造を含み、前記2つの表面のうち第1表面の微細構造は、鏡像の第2表面の対応する微細構造に放射線を集束させる光学系。
- 請求項10に記載の光学系において、前記複数の微細構造の各微細構造は糸巻き形を有する光学系。
- 請求項14に記載の光学系において、pの値は、前記視野の中心に比べて該視野の外縁に沿った照明レベルの方が高くなるよう正の数である光学系。
- 請求項14に記載の光学系において、pの値は、前記視野の中心に比べて該視野の外縁に沿った照明レベルの方が低くなるよう負の数である光学系。
