Claims (17)
- 互いに並んで配置される複数のほぼ一方向のトウを成して複数の繊維/フィラメントが配列されて成る少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層であって、前記各トウが複数の一方向の繊維又はフィラメントを備える、少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層と、前記少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層のトウに対して表面接続によって付着される少なくとも1つの多孔質接着層とを備え、前記少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層のトウが分離チャネルによって互いから離間されるものであり、
前記分離チャネルは、0.1〜1.0mmの範囲内の幅を有するものであり、
前記分離チャネルが前記テープ状強化材の全体積の一部を成し、前記テープ状強化材における前記分離チャネルの総体積は、前記テープ状強化材の全体積の1〜20%を占める、複合材料のための強化材などのテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。 - 前記少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層の繊維/フィラメントは、炭素、ガラス、セラミック、アラミド、PBO、及び/又は、他の高性能ポリマー繊維、又は、これらの繊維の一部又は全部の混合物のうちの少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメントを備える請求項1に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。
- 前記分離チャネルは、0.2〜0.8mmの範囲内の幅を有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。
- 前記トウは、2〜15mmの範囲内の幅を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。
- 前記分離チャネルが前記テープ状強化材の全体積の一部を成し、前記テープ状強化材における前記分離チャネルの総体積は、前記テープ状強化材の全体積の1〜10%の範囲に及ぶ請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。
- 前記強化材は、10cm〜60cmの範囲内の幅を有する請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。

- サンドイッチ構造に配置される複数のほぼ一方向の繊維強化材層を備え、前記強化材層の少なくとも一部の繊維方向が異なる方向に延び、前記強化材層のうちの少なくとも1つが請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材である多軸強化材。
- 前記多軸強化材がステッチングされたノンクリンプファブリックである請求項10に記載の多軸強化材。
- 交絡され又は相互接続される形態で配置される2組のテープ状強化材を備え、前記テープ状強化材のうちの少なくとも一部が請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材である布。
- 複合材料のための強化材などのテープ状ドライ繊維強化材を得るための方法であって、
−少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層を形成するためにトウをほぼ一方向の配向性を成して互いに並んで配置するステップであって、前記各トウが複数のほぼ一方向の繊維又はフィラメントを備え、前記少なくとも1つの繊維/フィラメント層のトウがそれぞれ分離距離だけ離間されるものであり、これにより、0.1〜1.0mmの範囲内の幅を有する分離チャネルを形成するものであり、前記分離チャネルが前記テープ状強化材の全体積の一部を成し、前記テープ状強化材における前記分離チャネルの総体積は、前記テープ状強化材の全体積の1〜20%を占める、ステップと、
−前記繊維/フィラメント層の少なくとも一方側に多孔質接着層を設けるステップと、
−表面接続によって、適した結合剤の使用による加熱及び/又は加圧により、前記多孔質接着層を前記繊維/フィラメント層に付着させるステップと、
を備える方法。 - 複合材料のための強化材などのテープ状ドライ繊維強化材を形成するための装置であって、
繊維/フィラメント層を形成するために繊維/フィラメントを互いに並行なほぼ一方向のトウの状態に配置するための分離器であって、前記各トウが複数のほぼ一方向のフィラメントを備え、前記少なくとも1つのフィラメント層のトウがそれぞれ分離距離だけ離間されるものであり、これにより、0.1〜1.0mmの範囲内の幅を有する分離チャネルを形成するものであり、前記分離チャネルが前記テープ状強化材の全体積の一部を成し、前記テープ状強化材における前記分離チャネルの総体積は、前記テープ状強化材の全体積の1〜20%を占める、分離器と、
前記繊維/フィラメント層の少なくとも一方側に多孔質接着層を位置させるための付着器又は供給器と、
加熱又は化学結合による表面接続によって、加圧器と組み合わせて、前記多孔質接着層を前記繊維/フィラメント層に付着させるためのヒータ又は結合剤塗布器と、
を備える装置。 - 前記分離器は、分離距離を形成するために前記トウ間に突出する複数のピン又はスラットを備える請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記多孔質接着層は、ホットメルト熱可塑性物質から形成される不織布ウェブである、請求項1に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。
- 前記多孔質接着層は、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、及び、ポリウレタンのうちの少なくとも1つを備えるホットメルト熱可塑性物質から形成される、請求項1に記載のテープ状ドライ繊維強化材。
