Claims (4)
- アルミニウム合金製の第1中空部材及び第2中空部材が、互いに溶接接合してなる衝撃吸収部材であって、
前記第2中空部材に段差部が形成されており、
前記第1中空部材と前記第2中空部材の前記段差部とは、それぞれの衝撃を受ける面の前方に向けて開口する凹部を形成し、
前記凹部内で前記第1中空部材と前記第2中空部材とが前記溶接接合され、
前記第1中空部材及び前記第2中空部材のそれぞれの前記衝撃を受ける面から、前記凹部内の溶接材及び溶接ビードが突出していないことを特徴とする、衝撃吸収部材。 - 前記第2中空部材は断面が三角形状であり、前記第1中空部材及び前記第2中空部材は、衝突面側において面一であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の衝撃吸収部材。
- 前記第1中空部材及び前記第2中空部材の少なくとも一方は、押出材であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の衝撃吸収部材。
- 前記第1中空部材はバンパーレインフォースメントであり、前記第2中空部材は嵩上げ部材であって、前記衝撃吸収部材はバンパー構造体を構成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の衝撃吸収部材。
