Description
30と、スリーブ40とを備える。
ピン10の一端には、ピン10と一体型にコレット部20に挿入される固定部12が形成される。
コレット部20は、ピン10と一致する回転軸X−X´を中心として回転する回転体で構成され、ピン結合部26とスリーブ結合部28とを備える。
コレット部20のピン結合部26の側面には、ピン10の固定部12が挿入結合される脱着溝24が設けられる。図2に示されるように、脱着溝24は、固定部12の形状に対応する形状で構成される。このような脱着溝24でピン10と一体型に形成される固定部12の挿入又は引出しが行われる。図2には、固定部12の形状が直方体で図示されているが、必ずしもこれに限定されず、後述するコレット部20との脱着が可能な他の形状で構成されてもよい。
て平行して延長される雌ねじ面が形成される。また、ピン圧着部40の内周面のうち所定部分には、ピン結合部26の圧着維持面22に対応する圧着維持対応面42が形成される。したがって、スリーブ40の内周面とコレット部20の外周面とは、相互対応するように接触するようになる。
ドリル(図示せず)の回転力は、ピン10の軸X−X´方向にのみ伝達されるので、揺れのない正確なドリリング作業が保障される。

Claims (6)
- 固定部が備えられたピンと、
前記固定部の一部が露出する態様で前記ピンと脱着可能に結合されるコレット部と、
一端が前記コレット部と連結されて他端が電動ドリルと締め付け可能な締め付け部と、
前記コレット部が収容される内部収容空間を含むスリーブと、
前記固定部の前記一部に備えられた通孔と、
を備える骨片固定用スリーブピン組立体と、
複数の骨片固定用スリーブピン組立体から取り外された各ピンに備えられた各通孔に挿入されるケーブルと、
を含む骨片固定装置。
- 前記コレット部は、
前記ピンと脱着可能に結合されるピン結合部と、
前記ピン結合部と連結されて前記スリーブと結合されるスリーブ結合部と、
を備える請求項1に記載の骨片固定装置。 - 前記コレット部のピン結合部は、
前記ピンの固定部が収容される脱着溝を備え、
前記スリーブと前記コレット部との結合程度によって前記脱着溝の形状が変わる請求項1に記載の骨片固定装置。 - 前記コレット部のピン結合部の外周面が傾斜形成され、前記回転軸方向に切断された間隔スリットを備え、
前記スリーブと前記コレット部との結合程度によって前記間隔スリットの間隔が変わる
請求項1に記載の骨片固定装置。 - 前記スリーブの内周面には、前記コレット部のピン結合部の外周面と対応して傾斜面が形成される請求項1に記載の骨片固定装置。
- 前記スリーブの内周面には、前記コレット部のスリーブ結合部の外周面と対応してねじ形成され、
前記コレット部と前記スリーブとがねじ結合される請求項1に記載の骨片固定装置。
