Abstract

Buluş, kemiklerdeki kırıkları tespit etmeye yarayan cihazlarla birlikte, kırık tespitinde, ekstremite uzatılmasında, deformite düzeltmelerinde, yapısında bulunan çoklu oluk ve kanallar yardımı ile kendinden kılavuzlu olarak, dışarıdan intramedüller çiviye eklenecek kılavuz sistemlerine gerek olmadan kullanılabilen, intramedüller çivinin kemik içerisinde tespitini kolaylaştırarak tespit için gereken x ışını (radyasyon) kullanım miktarını azaltan çok kanallı, kendinden kılavuzlu intramedüller tespit çivisinden oluşmaktadır
