Claims (13)
- パラ−[ペルフルオロヘキシルエチレンチオメチル]スチレンをモノマー単位として含み、少なくとも100Kdの重量平均分子量(Mw)及び少なくとも33℃のガラス転移温度を有する、フルオロポリマーを含む、多孔質膜。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが少なくとも200KdのMwを有する、請求項1に記載の多孔質膜。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが400〜1300KdのMwを有する、請求項1又は2に記載の多孔質膜。
- 前記フルオロポリマーが1100〜1300KdのMwを有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質膜。
- 多孔質支持体を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質膜。
- 前記多孔質支持体が多孔質ポリマー支持体である、請求項5に記載の多孔質膜。
- 前記多孔質ポリマー支持体が、PVC/PAN、ポリスルホン、ポリアミド、セルロース、ポリエステル、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリオレフィン、PET、PPS、PPSU(ポリフェニルスルホン)、PTFE、PVDF、PVF(ポリフッ化ビニル)、PCTFE(ポリクロロトリフルオロエチレン)、FEP(フッ化エチレンプロピレン)、ETFE(ポリエチレンテトラフルオロエチレン)、ECTFE(ポリエチレンクロロトリフルオロエチレン)、PFPE(ペルフルオロポリエーテル)、PFSA(ペルフルオロスルホン酸)、ペルフルオロポリオキセタン、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリカーボネート、及びポリスチレンから選択される、請求項6に記載の多孔質膜。
- 請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質膜を調製する方法であって、
(i) 溶媒又は溶媒の混合物に前記フルオロポリマーを溶解させて、前記フルオロポリマーを含む溶液を得るステップ;
(ii) (i)からの溶液を多孔質支持体上にコーティングするステップ;及び
(iii) 前記溶媒又は溶媒の混合物を前記コーティングから蒸発させて、前記多孔質膜を得るステップ
を含む、方法。 - 前記溶媒又は溶媒の混合物が、任意選択でアルコールと組み合わせた、ハロゲン化溶媒を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒又は溶媒の混合物が、任意選択でイソプロパノール及び/又は1,1,1,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロ−2−プロパノールと組み合わせた、メトキシノナ−フルオロブタン、メトキシノナ−フルオロブタン、クロロホルム、ジクロロメタン、1,2−ジクロロエタン;1,1,2−トリクロロ−1,2,2−トリフルオロエタン、1,1,1,2,2−ペンタフルオロ−3,3−ジクロロプロパンから選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 15〜23ダイン/cmのCWSTを有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質膜。
- 流体をろ過する方法であって、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の多孔質膜に前記流体を通過させるステップを含む、方法。
- 流体中に存在するガスが前記流体から除去される、請求項12に記載の方法。
