Description
芳香族および脂肪族ジカルボン酸およびポリアルキレンジオールからなるポリエステルポリオールを過剰の4,4’−MDIと反応させる。
固体:接着剤1に基づく酢酸エチル中に50の重量%。
粘度:140mPas(ブルックフィールドLVT、20℃、スピンドル2、剪断速度30rpm、ISO2555にて)
ポリエステルプレポリマーを実施例1の手順を用いて製造する。
固体:接着剤2に基づく酢酸エチル中に60重量%。
粘度:300mPas(ブルックフィールドLVT、20℃、スピンドル2、剪断速度30rpm、ISO2555にて)
IRラジエーター(1.5〜1.8μm波長;10cm間隔)で基材2を加熱する。
その直後、基材を手動で接着的に結合する。
3ゾーンドライヤーにおいて溶媒を取り除く。
60℃にて積層ユニットを用いて接着的に結合する。
基材1から5mm間隔にて複合材料を超音波処理(20kHz)する。
3ゾーンドライヤーにおいて溶媒を取り除く。
基材2をIRラジエーター(上記参照)で進行方向に沿って1mの長さにわたり40kW加熱する。
60℃にて積層ユニットを用いて接着的に結合する。
Claims (10)
- 2つの基材を接着的に結合するための方法であって、接着剤を2g/m2未満の被覆重量にて第1基材上へ塗布し、該基材を熱可塑性プラスチックからなる第2フィルム成形基材と共に貼り合わせ、第2基材の表面を加熱により軟化状態へ変換し、および基材を前記加熱直後に加圧により互いに接着的に結合し、加熱することは、第2基材の軟化点から+/−40℃の範囲の温度において行うことを特徴とし、接着剤はポリウレタン、EVAまたはポリアクリレートに基づく、方法。
- 第2基材は200℃未満の軟化点を有するプラスチックフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 加熱することは、プラズマまたはレーザー処理、火炎、超音波、NIR放射またはIR放射を用いて行うことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 加熱することは、第2基材の軟化点から+/−20℃の範囲の温度において行うことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 第1基材は、加熱温度において熱可塑性プラスチック表面を有さないことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 2つのフィルム成形基材を接着的に結合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 接着剤層は合計2g/m2未満となることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法に従って製造された接着剤層で接着的に結合された少なくとも2つの基材を含む複合材料物体。
- 接着剤層は合計1g/m2未満となる、請求項7に記載の複合材料物体。
- 第2基材は柔軟熱可塑性プラスチックフィルムであり、第1基材は、紙、金属、プラスチックまたは多層基材から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の複合材料物体。
- 複合材料物体は柔軟フィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれかに記載の複合材料物体。
