Description
第5の態様に係る保護部材は、電線の周囲に巻き付けられる保護部材であって、不織布を材料として形成された第1のシート材と、前記不織布を構成する繊維よりも長い繊維が結合された不織布、又は前記第1のシート材の前記不織布よりも絡み合う結合点が多い不織布を材料として形成され、前記第1のシート材に重ね合わされ、前記保護部材の一方主面を構成する第2のシート材と、を備え、前記第2のシート材は、スパンボンド不織布を材料として形成され、前記スパンボンド不織布は、少なくとも一部で繊維同士が溶着されている。
以下、実施形態に係る保護部材10について説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る保護部材10を示す正面図である。図2は、実施形態に係る保護部材10を示す概略断面図である。
実施形態において、第2のシート材30はスパンボンド不織布32のような繊維の長い不織布であるものとして説明したが、このことは必須ではない。例えば、第2のシート材は、図9に示すような織布36を材料として形成されていてもよい。

Claims (7)
- 電線の周囲に巻き付けられる保護部材であって、
不織布を材料として形成された第1のシート材と、
前記第1のシート材の前記不織布よりも絡み合う結合点が多い不織布を材料として形成され、前記第1のシート材に重ね合わされ、前記保護部材の一方主面を構成する第2のシート材と、
を備え、
前記第1のシート材と前記第2のシート材とが機械的に絡み合って結合している、保護部材。 - 請求項1に記載の保護部材であって、
前記第1のシート材と前記第2のシート材とがニードルパンチ法によって結合している、保護部材。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の保護部材であって、
前記第2のシート材は、スパンボンド不織布を材料として形成されている、保護部材。 - 請求項3に記載の保護部材であって、
前記スパンボンド不織布は、少なくとも一部で繊維同士が溶着されている、保護部材。 - 電線の周囲に巻き付けられる保護部材であって、
不織布を材料として形成された第1のシート材と、
前記不織布を構成する繊維よりも長い繊維が結合された不織布、又は前記第1のシート材の前記不織布よりも絡み合う結合点が多い不織布を材料として形成され、前記第1のシート材に重ね合わされ、前記保護部材の一方主面を構成する第2のシート材と、
を備え、
前記第2のシート材は、スパンボンド不織布を材料として形成され、
前記スパンボンド不織布は、少なくとも一部で繊維同士が溶着されている、保護部材。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の保護部材と、
前記保護部材が巻付けられた電線と、
を備える、保護部材付電線。 - 電線に巻付ける保護部材の製造方法であって、
不織布を材料として形成された第1のシート材と、前記第1のシート材の前記不織布よりも絡み合う結合点が多い不織布を材料として形成された第2のシート材とを重ね合わせる工程と、
重なり合った前記第1のシート材及び前記第2のシート材を機械的に絡み合せて結合させる工程と、
を備える、保護部材の製造方法。
