Abstract
【解決手段】 レバー操作により入力される回転トルクの伝達および遮断を制御するレバー側クラッチ部と、レバー側クラッチ部からの回転トルクを出力側へ伝達すると共に、出力側から逆入力される回転トルクを遮断するブレーキ側クラッチ部とからなり、ブレーキ側クラッチ部は、回転が拘束された外輪と、回転が出力される出力軸とを備え、回転トルクの遮断時に出力軸と噛合し、かつ、回転トルクの伝達時に出力軸との噛合状態が解除されるスライドギヤ32を外輪に付設し、スライドギヤ32は、モジュールが0.4〜0.8で、歯数が60〜100個に規定された内歯32aを有する。

Claims (3)
- 入力される回転トルクの伝達および遮断を制御する入力側クラッチ部と、前記入力側クラッチ部からの回転トルクを出力側へ伝達すると共に、出力側から逆入力される回転トルクを遮断する出力側クラッチ部とからなり、
前記出力側クラッチ部は、回転が拘束された静止部材と、回転が出力される出力部材とを備え、回転トルクの遮断時に出力部材と噛合し、かつ、回転トルクの伝達時に出力部材との噛合状態が解除されるギヤ部材を前記静止部材に付設し、前記ギヤ部材は、モジュールが0.4〜0.8で、歯数が60〜100個に規定された歯部を有することを特徴とするクラッチユニット。 - 前記出力側クラッチ部は、静止部材と出力部材との間での係合および離脱により、出力部材から逆入力される回転トルクの遮断と入力側クラッチ部から入力される回転トルクの伝達とを制御する複数対の係合子を備えている請求項1に記載のクラッチユニット。
- 前記入力側クラッチ部と前記出力側クラッチ部が自動車用シートリフタ部に組み込まれている請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチユニット。
