Description
Claims (6)
- 可変容量型油圧ポンプ(10)に旋回可能に設置された回転斜板(1)の、現在の回転斜板角度を測定するためのセンサ機構であって、
前記ポンプに対する前記回転斜板の角度を制御するように動作可能な制御ピストン(2)と、該制御ピストン(2)に設置される位置マーカ(3)と、センサ(4)と、を含み、
該センサは、該センサに対する前記位置マーカの変動から、前記制御ピストンの線形移動を検出するように、前記制御ピストンに沿って配置され、
前記センサ(4)が線形磁歪位置センサであり、前記位置マーカ(3)が磁石であり、
前記線形磁歪位置センサは、磁歪材料で作られた線材と、該線材の一端に設けられたピックアップ部材と、前記線材の他端に設けられた制動装置とを含み、
前記ピックアップ部材は、前記線材の一端に接合された磁歪材料テープと、該磁歪材料テープが通過するように設けられたコイルと、前記磁歪材料テープを磁化させるための永久バイアス磁石とを含み、
前記センサの作用では、前記線材を通る電流波が、前記位置マーカの軸方向磁界との相互作用により、前記ピックアップ部材へ向かって前記線材を下流へと伝わる歪みパルスを発生させ、前記ピックアップ部材が前記歪みパルスを検出するものであり、
前記制動装置は、前記ピックアップ部材から離れる方向へ伝わる歪みパルスのエネルギーを吸収するように設置されていることを特徴とするセンサ機構。 - 前記センサ(4)が、非接触方式で前記位置マーカ(3)の移動を検出するように適応していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のセンサ機構。
- 前記センサ(4)が、前記制御ピストン(2)の移動方向と平行又は同軸に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のセンサ機構。
- 前記制御ピストン(2)が、比例弁により駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載のセンサ機構。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載のセンサ機構により、前記可変容量型油圧ポンプに旋回可能に設置された前記回転斜板の、現在の回転斜板角度を測定するための測定方法であって、
前記制御ピストン(2)が、前記ポンプに対する前記回転斜板(1)の角度を制御するように動作可能であり、
前記制御ピストンに沿って配置した前記センサ(4)により、前記制御ピストン(2)に設置した位置マーカ(3)の位置を検出するステップと、
前記センサに対する前記位置マーカの変動から、前記制御ピストンの線形移動を算出するステップと、を含むことを特徴とする測定方法。 - 前記回転斜板(1)の現在の回転斜板角度を、前記制御ピストン(2)の前記線形移動から算出することを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
