Description

本発明は概して、患者の体内に医療装置を導入するためのシステム、器具、および方法に関する。ある局面において、本発明は、超音波ガイド下で脈管フィルタなどの脈管装置を経皮導入するのに有用な取付可能器具に関する。
脈管装置は一般に、X線透視ガイド下で経皮導入される。たとえば、大静脈フィルタはほとんどの場合、意図される植込の部位を特徴付ける大静脈造影図を提供するための造影剤の注入とともにX線透視ガイド下で配置される。そのようなX線透視処置は、X線室などの専門設備を備えた部屋で行なわれる必要がある。これによって、しばしば重病の患者をX線室に搬送することが必要になるだけでなく、処置に多大な費用が追加される。

Claims (7)
- 患者の皮膚を通って延在する細長い医療装置の移動を識別するための取付可能器具であって、
第1の部分の上の第1の結合面および第1の皮膚接触面と、第2の部分の上の第2の結合面および第2の皮膚接触面とを含む取付可能器具本体を備え、
前記第1および第2の部分は、開構成から閉構成に構成可能であり、前記取付可能器具はさらに、
上記第1および第2の部分を上記開構成から上記閉構成に付勢するように配置される付勢部材を備え、
前記第1および第2の結合面は、上記細長い医療装置の外面に結合するように配置され、
前記第1および第2の皮膚接触面は、上記患者の皮膚と接触するように配置され、
前記開構成において、前記取付可能器具本体は、上記細長い医療装置の縦軸を横切る方向から上記細長い医療装置の側方に装着可能であるように、かつ上記第1および第2の部分同士の間で上記細長い医療装置を受けるように配置され、
前記取付可能器具本体が上記細長い医療装置上に装着されると、上記細長い医療装置は、前記第1および第2の皮膚接触面を横切る方向に延在し、
上記細長い医療装置の周りにおいて前記閉構成にある時、前記取付可能器具本体は、上記細長い医療装置が移動したことをオペレータが識別できるように、上記第1および第2の皮膚接触面が上記患者の皮膚に隣接している第1の位置から、上記第1および第2の皮膚接触面が上記患者の皮膚から離れている第2の位置に上記細長い医療装置とともに動くように構成される、取付可能器具。 - 前記第1および第2の結合面の上に位置決めされ、前記第1および第2の結合面を上記細長い医療装置の表面に付着させるように配置される付着性材料を備える、請求項1に記載の取付可能器具。
- 前記第1および第2の部分は、旋回可能に互いに結合される、請求項1または2に記載の取付可能器具。
- 前記第1および第2の部分は、摺動可能に互いに結合される、請求項1または2に記載の取付可能器具。
- 前記第1および第2の部分によって規定され、上記細長い医療装置の一部を受けるように配置される凹部をさらに備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の取付可能器具。
- 前記付着性材料の上に位置決めされ、上記細長い医療装置への付着の前に前記付着性材料を保護するように配置される除去可能膜をさらに備える、請求項2、または請求項2に従属する請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の取付可能器具。
- 前記第1の部分から延在し、前記第1および第2の部分が前記閉構成にある時に前記第1の部分を前記第2の部分に結合するように配置される捕捉部材を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の取付可能器具。
