車輪に駆動連結される駆動軸(60)と、
係合時に前記車両(1)の前進方向の回転を伝達させる経路を形成する前進用係合要素(C1)と、係合時に前記車両(1)の後進方向の回転を伝達させる経路を形成する後進用係合要素(B1)と、を有する前後進切換え装置(3)と、
変速比を変更可能な変速機構(4)と、
前記入力軸(2)と前記駆動軸(60)とを前記前後進切換え装置(3)を介して連結する第1の動力伝達経路(a1)に介在される第1の係合要素(58)と、
前記入力軸(2)と前記駆動軸(60)とを前記変速機構(4)を介して連結する第2の動力伝達経路(a2)に介在される第2の係合要素(C2)と、を備え、
前記車両(1)の前記所定速度未満での前進走行時には、前記前進用係合要素(C1)及び前記第1の係合要素(58)を係合状態にして、前記入力軸(2)と前記駆動軸(60)とを前記第1の動力伝達経路(a1)により接続して回転伝達する第1のモードとなり、前記車両(1)の前記所定速度以上での前進走行時には、前記第2の係合要素(C2)を係合状態にして、前記入力軸(2)と前記駆動軸(60)とを前記第2の動力伝達経路(a2)により接続して回転伝達する第2のモードとなる自動変速機(10)において、
前記第1の動力伝達経路(a1)上で第1の係合要素(58)に対して前記前後進切換え装置(3)側に配置され、前記前後進切換え装置(3)と連動する第1の回転軸(50)と、
前記第1の動力伝達経路(a1)上で第1の係合要素(58)に対して前記入力軸(2)及び前記駆動軸(60)のいずれか一方の軸側に配置され、前記いずれか一方の軸と連動すると共に、前記第1の回転軸(50)と軸方向に重なる二重軸として配置される第2の回転軸(53)と、
前記第1の回転軸(50)及び前記第2の回転軸(53)の間で軸方向に重なって介在されると共に、前記第1の回転軸(50)及び前記第2の回転軸(53)を相対的に回転可能に支持する軸受(54)と、を備え、
前記第2の係合要素(C2)を係合状態にすると共に、前記第1の係合要素(58)を解放状態にする前記第2のモードでの前記車両(1)の前進走行時に、前記前進用係合要素(C1)を係合状態にする係合モードを実行すると共に、前記第1の回転軸(50)と前記第2の回転軸(53)との回転速度の差が第1の閾値より小さい場合は、前記前進用係合要素(C1)を解放状態にする解放モードを実行する。

Claims (4)
- 車両の駆動源に駆動連結される入力軸と、
車輪に駆動連結される駆動軸と、
係合時に前記車両の前進方向の回転を伝達させる経路を形成する前進用係合要素と、係合時に前記車両の後進方向の回転を伝達させる経路を形成する後進用係合要素と、を有する前後進切換え装置と、
変速比を変更可能な変速機構と、
前記入力軸と前記駆動軸とを前記前後進切換え装置を介して連結する第1の動力伝達経路に介在される第1の係合要素と、
前記入力軸と前記駆動軸とを前記変速機構を介して連結する第2の動力伝達経路に介在される第2の係合要素と、を備え、
前記車両の前記所定速度未満での前進走行時には、前記前進用係合要素及び前記第1の係合要素を係合状態にして、前記入力軸と前記駆動軸とを前記第1の動力伝達経路により接続して回転伝達する第1のモードとなり、前記車両の前記所定速度以上での前進走行時には、前記第2の係合要素を係合状態にして、前記入力軸と前記駆動軸とを前記第2の動力伝達経路により接続して回転伝達する第2のモードとなる自動変速機において、
前記第1の動力伝達経路上で第1の係合要素に対して前記前後進切換え装置側に配置され、前記前後進切換え装置と連動する第1の回転軸と、
前記第1の動力伝達経路上で第1の係合要素に対して前記入力軸及び前記駆動軸のいずれか一方の軸側に配置され、前記いずれか一方の軸と連動すると共に、前記第1の回転軸と軸方向に重なる二重軸として配置される第2の回転軸と、
前記第1の回転軸及び前記第2の回転軸の間で軸方向に重なって介在されると共に、前記第1の回転軸及び前記第2の回転軸を相対的に回転可能に支持する軸受と、を備え、
前記第2の係合要素を係合状態にすると共に、前記第1の係合要素を解放状態にする前記第2のモードでの前記車両の前進走行時に、前記前進用係合要素を係合状態にする係合モードを実行すると共に、前記第1の回転軸と前記第2の回転軸との回転速度の差が第1の閾値より小さい場合は、前記前進用係合要素を解放状態にする解放モードを実行する、
ことを特徴とする自動変速機。 - 前記第2の係合要素を係合状態にすると共に、前記第1の係合要素を解放状態にする前記第2のモードでの前記車両の前進走行時に、前記回転速度の差が前記第1の閾値より大きい第2の閾値より大きい場合は、前記前進用係合要素を係合状態にする前記係合モードを実行する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動変速機。 - 前記変速機構は、前記変速比を連続的に変更可能な無段変速機構であり、
前記第1のモードは、非無段モードであり、
前記第2のモードは、無段モードである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の自動変速機。 - 前記第1の係合要素は、前記第1の回転軸と一体回転する第1のギヤと、前記第2の回転軸と一体回転する第2のギヤと、を噛合可能なシンクロメッシュ機構である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の自動変速機。
