Description
自動車の購入後にその外観を変更するチューニング方法とは、基本的には所有者の好みにしたがってカスタマイズすることである。この方法によれば、車両の内装と同様に外観を変更してその独自性を発揮することができる。この方法の主な欠点は、連続生産の場合は実施できないということである。
a.内装のチューニング:車両内部の様々な構成要素や部品にいくつかの改修を加えたり、それらのパーツを新しいものに替えたりすることである。自動車の内装のチューニングとしては、非常に印象的で鮮やかな色彩にすることや、高品質の部品を使用することや、ハンドルにタペストリーを使用することなどが見られる。
b.動力系のチューニング:このチューニングは多くの場合、車両の技術的な特性を変更することになるので、恐らく最も普及していない。エンジンの特性を変えない変更としては、エアフィルタや、空気取入れ口や、サスペンションの変更などがある。
c.外装のチューニング:外装のチューニングは最も普及しており、ボディにエアブラシ法を適用することである。これは、車両を実際に個性的にするリソースの一つとして個別の車に適用される、主に外装のための装飾の工芸技術である。平面や3次元の表面を着色するためには、エアブラシが用いられる。エアブラシは最も重要なツールであり、圧縮空気による塗装ガンのように作用し、塗料は円錐形の先端によって吐出される。なだらかで拡散的でほのかな着色が可能なように、塗料は加圧空気と混合され、出口からスプレーされる。エアブラシの出射角度に応じて、装飾されるべき表面に塗料を浸潤させる。
この工程はボディの露出された外装表面の全体を覆うことで、その表面を保護するとともに、独創的で目立ちさえする色の新たな質感を実現することを意図している。ビニールによるチューニングは、カーボン繊維によって異なる様相を呈し、多くの異なる方法で調節される。
1A)ロボットによるボディ内面への塗料塗布エリア、
1B)3軸直動ロボットを有する、外面への塗料塗布ゾーン、および、
1C)ロボットWおよびXが外面への塗料塗布を行うために使用され、ロボットYおよびZがカスタムデジタル塗装方法を実行するために使用される、ロボットによるボディ外面への塗料塗布エリア。
Claims (7)
- リン酸塩溶剤と、陰極電着塗料と、シーラーと、フィラーとを塗布するステップを含む組み立てライン内で、手動フェーズ、自動化フェーズ、およびそれらの混合フェーズによって、車両ボディを塗装する方法であって、
−前記車両の前記ボディへ画像を直接デジタル印画するための前記組み立てラインにおいて複数の印画ロボットを備え、
−前側の印画ロボットで外面の塗装を行い、後ろ側の印画ロボットでUVインクを少なくとも含む自動車用インク(溶剤系/水性)を使用するデジタル印画を実行すること
を特徴とする、車両ボディを塗装する方法。 - 各種の自動車用インクを使用でき、同時に異なる色調を与えることができる2つの印画ヘッドを有する、請求項1に記載の車両ボディを塗装する方法。
- 前記印画ヘッドは、
−効果をもたらすための異なるツールやエンボッサが使用される、アームの形態のロボット構造を有し、
−印画される図の描画線にしたがって前記車両の前記ボディに沿う経路を規定するための動きの始点と終点を規定する、連続的なパス制御を含み、
−移動するとともにX、Y、およびZ軸上で各種の自律的なアクションを実行すること
を特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両ボディを塗装する方法。 - デジタル的に得られる前記画像は、所有者または顧客によって前もって確立されたデータベースから得られる、請求項1に記載の車両ボディを塗装する方法。
- 前記画像は前記顧客の要求に従い、1台の車両単位から不確定数の単位まで使用されることができる、請求項4に記載の車両ボディを塗装する方法。
- 前記ボディの前記塗料とのタッチ時間は単位当たり0.8分間から1.2分間である、
請求項5に記載の、車両ボディを塗装する方法。 - 溶剤塗料および印画された図柄を保護するために、光沢塗装膜の仕上げが最終ステップで塗布される、請求項1に記載の車両ボディを塗装する方法。
