Abstract
【解決手段】施設内又は当該施設内に設置している細胞、組織、培地、無菌試薬、微生物等を扱ったり培養する装置内部を無菌化する装置であって、作業エリア内に設置され、当該作業エリア内に低濃度過酢酸を含む過酢酸混合液をドライフォグ化して噴霧するドライフォグ発生機1と、上記作業エリア内に設置され、当該作業エリア内の湿度を測定する湿度センサー3と、上記作業エリア内に設置され、当該作業エリア内のガスを回収するガス回収機4と、上記湿度センサー3の情報に基づいて上記ドライフォグ発生機1及びガス回収機4を制御する制御装置6とから成る除染装置Aを設け、上記作業エリア外に設置され、1又は複数の上記除染装置Aの制御装置6を制御するメイン制御・モニタリング装置7を設けた。

Description
以下、この発明の実施の形態例1の除染装置を説明する。この実施の形態例1の除染装置Aは、製薬会社の無菌製造施設、無菌検査室、再生医療等製品の製造施設等において、当該施設内及び当該施設内に設置している細胞、組織、培地、無菌試薬、微生物等を扱ったり培養する装置内部を無菌化する装置である。

4 ガス回収機 5 廃液タンク 6 制御装置
7 メイン制御・モニタリング装置
8 通信装置
Claims (4)
- 施設内又は当該施設内に設置している細胞、組織、培地、無菌試薬、微生物等を扱ったり培養する装置内部を無菌化する装置であって、
作業エリア内に設置され、当該作業エリア内に低濃度過酢酸を含む過酢酸混合液をドライフォグ化して噴霧するドライフォグ発生機と、
上記作業エリア内に設置され、当該作業エリア内の湿度を測定する湿度センサーと、
上記作業エリア内に設置され、当該作業エリア内のガスを回収するガス回収機と、
上記湿度センサーの情報に基づいて上記ドライフォグ発生機による噴霧及びガス回収機によるガス回収を交互に繰り返し行う運転を制御する制御装置とから成る除染装置を設け、
上記作業エリア外に設置され、1又は複数の上記除染装置の制御装置を制御するメイン制御・モニタリング装置を設けたことを特徴とする、除染装置。 - 施設内又は当該施設内に設置している細胞、組織、培地、無菌試薬、微生物等を扱ったり培養する装置内部を無菌化する作業において、
予め作業エリアで設定湿度を設け、
ドライフォグ発生機によって低濃度過酢酸を含む過酢酸混合液を作業エリア内にドライフォグ化して噴霧し、
上記作業エリア内の湿度を湿度センサーで測定し、
上記設定湿度に維持されるように上記湿度センサーからの測定湿度に従ってドライフォグ発生機による噴霧、停止及びガス回収機による作業エリア内のガス回収から成るサイクルを繰り返し行う運転を制御装置で制御し、
作業エリアの測定湿度が上記設定湿度に至った時から上記サイクルを繰り返す運転を終了する時までの除染時間に対する上記ドライフォグ発生機による過酢酸混合液の噴霧時間の割合である噴霧率を一定以上にするよう上記制御装置で制御することを特徴とする、除染方法。 - 上記制御装置による上記ドライフォグ発生機又は上記ガス回収機の運転の制御は、上記湿度センサーによる測定湿度が上記設定湿度を越えたら、上記ドライフォグ発生機の運転を止めて上記ガス回収機の運転を行い、
設定湿度より下がったら、上記ガス回収機の運転を止めてドライフォグ発生機の運転を行うよう制御することを特徴とする、上記請求項2に記載の除染方法。 - 上記制御装置による上記ドライフォグ発生機又はガス回収機の運転の制御は、上記湿度センサーによる測定湿度が上記設定湿度を越えた時にドライフォグ発生機の運転を止めて、上記設定湿度を越えてから前記噴霧率を一定以上にするために計算された時間経過後にガス回収機の運転を行い、上記設定湿度より下がったらガス回収機の運転を止めてドライフォグ発生機の運転を行うよう制御することを特徴とする、上記請求項2に記載の除染方法。
