Description
図2には、本実施形態に係る車両用ドア構造が適用された自動車のサイドドア10が分解斜視図で示されている。なお、サイドドア10は、自動車のキャビンの両側部に形成されたドア開口部(図示省略)を閉止すると共にドアヒンジ回りに回動可能とされている。
次に、上記実施形態の作用及び効果について説明する。
なお、上記実施形態では、図1に示されるように、脆弱部としてのノッチ24がドアインナパネル16の下側一般部16Bに形成されているが、脆弱部は、ドアインナパネル(16)の上側一般部(16A)全域を含む範囲に設定されてもよい。また、例えばドアインナパネルにスピーカ収容部がない構成では脆弱部はドアインナパネルの下部全域を含む範囲に形成されてもよい。

Claims (4)
- ドア外板を構成するドアアウタパネルと、
前記ドアアウタパネルの車室内側に配置されると共にドア内板を構成する樹脂製のドアインナパネルと、
前記ドアインナパネルの車室内側に配置されるドア内装部材と、
を有し、
前記ドアインナパネルには、前記ドア内装部材と対向するパネル部にドア幅方向及びドア上下方向の少なくとも一方の方向に間隔を開けて並列的に設けられかつ屈曲変形の起点となる複数の線状の脆弱部が形成されている、車両用ドア構造。 - 前記ドアインナパネルには、互いに隣り合う前記線状の脆弱部同士の間に設けられて当該線状の脆弱部同士の間の剛性を高める高剛性部が形成されている、請求項1記載の車両用ドア構造。
- 前記高剛性部は、互いに隣り合う前記線状の脆弱部同士を繋いでいる、請求項2記載の車両用ドア構造。
- 前記高剛性部は、ドア幅方向に対して斜め方向に延びている、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の車両用ドア構造。
