Claims (6)
- 電極組立体が内蔵されたパウチをシーリングするパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツールにおいて、
前記パウチの上部及び下部で昇降自在に設けられるホルダー;
前記ホルダーに結合されてホルダーの昇降によってパウチと接触されることにより前記パウチをシーリングし、前記ホルダーと互いに離隔されてホルダーとの間に離隔空間を形成するシーリングブロック;及び
前記ホルダーとシーリングブロックとの間の離隔空間に介在される離隔部材;を含み、
前記離隔部材は、複数個に設けられて前記離隔空間の両側端部に配置されることを特徴とするパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツール。 - 前記離隔部材は、ホルダーが昇降される方向に弾性を有する弾性体で設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツール。
- 前記離隔部材は、フィーラゲージで設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツール。
- 前記シーリングブロックの内部に内蔵されるヒーティングコイルをさらに含む請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツール。
- 前記電極組立体は一つ以上の負極、分離膜、正極を順に積層して巻き取ったジェリーロール型電極組立体; 負極、分離膜、正極が順に積層された単位セルを長いフィルム状の分離膜に配置した後、単一方向に巻き取ったスタック(stack)&フォールディング(folding)型電極組立体; 負極、分離膜、正極が順に積層された単位セルを長いフィルム状の分離膜に配置した後、ジグザグ方向に巻き取ったスタック&フォールディング型電極組立体のうちいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツール。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載されたパウチ型二次電池のシーリングツールにより製造されるパウチ型二次電池。
