Claims (5)
- 전극이 적층된 전극 적층부;와 상기 전극 적층부의 외주를 따라 형성되고, 일부가 상기 전극 적층부를 향하여 폴딩되는 테라스부;를 가지는 이차전지 셀;의 상기 테라스부의 폴딩 공정에서, 폴딩되는 상기 테라스부를 폴딩 방향으로 지지하는 이차전지 셀의 테라스 폴딩용 프롭프 장치에 있어서,
이차전지 셀의 상기 테라스부의 상측에서 승하강하고; 상기 전극 적층부와 상기 테라스부의 끝단 사이에 배치되어 상기 폴딩 방향으로 상기 전극 적층부가 배치되는 상측 내측부; 및 상기 상측 내측부의 양 끝단에 배치되어,상기 폴딩 방향으로 상기 전극 적층부가 배치되지 않으며 상기 폴딩 방향으로 상기 상측 내측부 보다 더 연장되어 형성되는 상측 외측부;를 포함하는 상측 프롭프 및,
이차전지 셀의 상기 테라스부의 하측에서 상기 상측 프롭프와 대향하여 승하강하고; 상기 상측 내측부의 하측에 배치되는 하측 내측부; 및 상기 상측 외측부의 하측에 배치되고 상기 폴딩 방향으로 상기 하측 내측부 보다 더 연장되어 형성되는 하측 외측부;를 포함하는 하측 프롭프;를 가지고,
상기 상측 외측부가 상기 상측 내측부보다 하방으로 더 돌출되거나 또는 상기 하측 외측부가 상기 하측 내측부보다 상방으로 더 돌출되어 형성되는 이차전지 셀의 테라스 폴딩용 프롭프 장치. - 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상측 외측부 및 상기 하측 외측부 중 적어도 어느 하나는,
서로 마주하는 면에서 상기 테라스부의 끝단선에 맞춤되어 돌출되어 형성되는 단턱을 형성하는 돌출부를 포함하고,
상기 단턱이 형성되지 않은 상기 상측 외측부 또는 상기 하측 외측부는,
상기 단턱에 맞춤되도록 형성되는 이차전지 셀의 테라스 폴딩용 프롭프 장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 상측 외측부 및 상기 하측 외측부는,
각각 상기 상측 내측부 및 상기 하측 내측부에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 이차전지 셀의 테라스 폴딩용 프롭프 장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 돌출부는 상기 상측 외측부 및 상기 하측 외측부에 탈착 가능하도록 결합되는 이차전지 셀의 테라스 폴딩용 프롭프 장치.
