Description
直径をBとし、ボールとポケットのボール対向面との間に形成されるすきまをCとしたと
きに、A/(B+C)=0.70〜0.90に設定している。これによって、軸受として
の機能を満足しつつ、最大限の低トルク効果が発揮できる保持器を提供できる。
ランスが悪くなりプレス加工時の形状崩れの原因となる。このため、ポケットの軸方向全長さをEとし、ボール中心に対するボール非接触部の中央の軸方向ずれ量をHとしたきに、H/(E/2)=0〜0.2に設定するのが好ましい。
金属製であってプレス加工に成型されてなるものであっても、樹脂製であって射出成型にて成型されてなるものであってもよい。

Claims (6)
- 円周方向に沿って所定間隔で配設された半球状膨出部を有する2枚の環状保持板が組み合わされてなり、対向する半球状膨出部にてボールを保持するリング状のポケットが形成されて、噴霧または跳ね掛け潤滑である潤滑油量が少ない状態の玉軸受に用いられる金属製プレス加工品の保持器であって、
ポケットのボール対向面におけるポケット軸方向中央部に、ポケット周方向に延びる凹部からなるボール非接触部を設け、このボール非接触部のポケット周方向長さをAとし、前記ボールの直径をBとし、ボールとポケットのボール対向面との間に形成されるすきまをCとしたときに、A/(B+C)=0.70〜0.90に設定し、ボール非接触部のポケット軸方向長さをDとし、ポケットの軸方向全長さをEとしたときに、D/E=0.25〜0.40に設定し、ボール非接触部を構成する凹部の深さをFとし、環状保持板の半球状膨出部の肉厚をGとしたときに、F/G=0.30〜0.40に設定し、かつ、ボール非接触部を構成する凹部のポケット軸方向開口縁をアール形状とするとともに、このアール形状のアールを0.05〜0.30mmとしたことを特徴とする保持器。 - 金属製プレス加工品であって、ポケットの軸方向全長さをEとし、ボール中心に対するボール非接触部の中央の軸方向ずれ量をHとしたきに、H/(E/2)=0〜0.2に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保持器。
- 前記ボール非接触部を全ポケットに設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の保持器。
- 内周に外側転走面が形成された外輪と、外周に内側転走面が形成された内輪と、内側転走面と外側転走面との間を転動する複数のボールと、内輪と外輪との間に配置された請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の保持器とを備えたことを特徴とする玉軸受。
- 自動車の動力伝達軸の支持用に適用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の玉軸受。
- 2輪車に用いられる軸の支持用に適用されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の玉軸受。
