Description
図1には本発明の一実施形態に係るモータ装置としてのワイパモータ10の構成の概略が断面図により示されている。また、図2には図1における紙面手前側で図1と平行に切ったワイパモータ10の一部断面図が示されている。
次に、本ワイパモータ10の組立方法の概略の説明を通して本実施の形態の作用並びに効果について説明する。
Claims (2)
- ギヤの出力軸一端側が軸方向に沿ってギヤハウジングの出力軸支持部に前記ギヤハウジングの内側から挿通されるとともに、前記ギヤハウジングの外側において前記出力軸に抜止部材が取り付けられて前記ギヤが前記ギヤハウジングに取り付けられるギヤ取付工程と、
ロータ軸が前記ギヤに直接又は間接的に駆動連結されるモータを、前記ギヤハウジングに取り付けるモータ取付工程と、
前記ギヤ取付工程で前記ギヤハウジングに取り付けられた前記ギヤにおける前記出力軸の基端側に、前記ギヤ取付工程よりも後でセンサマグネットを組み付けるセンサマグネット組付工程と、
前記センサマグネットが前記ギヤと共に回転することにより生じる磁束の変化を検出する磁気センサを前記ギヤの軸方向に前記センサマグネットと離間して前記ギヤハウジング内に対向配置するセンサ組付工程と、
を備えるモータ装置の組立方法。 - 前記ギヤの軸方向一方の側からの押圧力を受けることで前記ギヤの回転半径方向外側へ弾性変形可能で復元状態で前記ギヤの軸方向一端にて前記センサマグネットを保持可能な保持部を前記ギヤの軸方向一端に形成し、前記センサマグネット組付工程では前記ギヤの軸方向一方の側から前記センサマグネットを前記保持部に組み付ける請求項1に記載のモータ装置の組立方法。
