Description
電極リードが一方向に整列されるように垂直に積層された二つ以上の板状型電池セルを含む二つ以上の電池モジュール;
電極端子が一方向に整列された状態で電池モジュールが上面に搭載されるモジュール収納部を含み、外周面に上向きに折り曲げられた構造の側壁が形成されているベースプレート(base plate);
電池モジュールの電極端子を基準に両側に下向きに折り曲げられた側壁を含み、ベースプレート上に固定されてモジュールアセンブリーの上面を形成する上部カバープレート(upper cover plate);及び
電池モジュールの上面に搭載されて電池モジュールに締結される板状型部材であって、ケーブルを固定するためのケーブル固定部を含むアセンブリーカバー(assembly cover);
を含む。
Claims (19)
- 電極リードが一方向に整列されるように垂直に積層された二つ以上の板状型の電池セルを含む二つ以上の電池モジュール;
電極端子が一方向に整列された状態で電池モジュールが上面に搭載されるモジュール収納部を含み、外周面に上向きに折り曲げられた構造の側壁が形成されているベースプレート(base plate);
電池モジュールの電極端子を基準に両側に下向きに折り曲げられた側壁を含み、ベースプレート上に固定されてモジュールアセンブリーの上面を形成する上部カバープレート(upper cover plate);及び
電池モジュールの上面に搭載されて電池モジュールに締結される板状型部材であるアセンブリーカバー(assembly cover)であって、前記アセンブリーカバーが、ケーブルを固定するためのケーブル固定部を含み、前記上部カバープレートが、前記アセンブリーカバーの外面に装着されるアセンブリーカバー;
を含むことを特徴とする、電池モジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記電池セルは角形二次電池またはパウチ型二次電池であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記パウチ型二次電池は樹脂層と金属層を含むラミネートシートに電極組立体が密封された構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記電池モジュールにおいて電池セルは並列連結されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記並列連結は‘L’字形または‘コ’字形バスバー(busbar)によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記電池セルはカートリッジフレーム(cartridge frame)に固定され、前記電池モジュールはカートリッジフレームの積層構造になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記電池モジュールには、アセンブリーカバーとの締結のための締結口が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記ベースプレートと上部カバープレートはブラケット(bracket)を介して固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記ブラケットは、一側がベースプレートの側壁に熔接方式で結合され、他側が上部カバープレートの側壁に締結方式で結合されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記アセンブリーカバーには、電池モジュールの上面が開放される開口が穿孔されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記ケーブルは、電池モジュールアセンブリーの電源ケーブル、電池モジュールの電圧検出用ケーブル、及び電池モジュールアセンブリーの制御のための通信ケーブル(communication cable)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記ケーブル固定部は、電源ケーブルが装着固定できるようにアセンブリーカバーの端部が伸びた構造の一つ以上の第1ケーブル固定部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記第1ケーブル固定部は、垂直断面が‘L’字形構造になったことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記ケーブル固定部は、電圧検出ケーブルまたは通信ケーブルがバンドクリップ(band clip)によって固定できるようにアセンブリーカバーの端部が上向きに折り曲げられた構造の一つ以上の第2ケーブル固定部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記バンドクリップは、ケーブルを固定するとともに第2ケーブル固定部に結合されるグリップ(grip)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記アセンブリーカバーは、電池セルまたは電池モジュールの温度を検出するための温度センサーの装着のための温度センサー固定部をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記アセンブリーカバーは、電池モジュールのモジュールカバーが結合されるための締結口をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電池モジュールアセンブリー。
- 請求項1の電池モジュールアセンブリーを電源として含むことを特徴とする、デバイス。
- 前記デバイスは、非常用電源装置、電算室電源装置、携帯用電源装置、医療設備電源装置、消火設備電源装置、警報設備電源装置または避難設備電源装置であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のデバイス。
