Claims (15)
- 복수의 단위셀이 제1방향으로 정렬되고, 상기 복수의 단위셀을 둘러싸는 절연부재를 포함하는 셀스택; 및
상기 셀스택이 삽입되는 삽입부가 복수개로 마련되는 모듈하우징;을 포함하며,
상기 삽입부는, 상기 셀스택을 둘러싸며 적어도 일부가 상기 셀스택과 접촉되는 고정벽;을 포함하고,
상기 모듈하우징은, 상기 고정벽의 일부에 해당하며, 상기 복수의 삽입부 각각의 상기 제1방향 양측에 배치되어 상기 셀스택의 상기 제1방향 양측에 위치되는 엔드면에 접촉하는 엔드벽;을 포함하며,
상기 모듈하우징에 구비되고, 이웃하는 모듈하우징과 결합되는 결합부;를 더 포함하고,
상기 결합부는, 상기 모듈하우징의 내부공간을 둘러싸는 외벽 중 상기 제1방향에 수직한 제2방향에 위치된 제1벽 및 제2벽에 각각 구비되고,

상기 셀스택은, 상기 제1방향 양단부에 각각 배치되어 외측면이 상기 엔드면에 해당되는 한 쌍의 엔드서포트;를 더 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 엔드벽은 마주하는 상기 엔드면으로부터 중앙부가 멀어지도록 외측으로 휘어지고, 상기 엔드면은 마주하는 상기 엔드벽으로부터 중앙부가 멀어지도록 내측으로 만입되어 스웰링공간이 형성되는 배터리 모듈. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 엔드벽은, 상기 제1방향을 기준으로 외측면에 돌출 형성되고, 상기 제2방향으로 상호 이격 배치되며, 상기 엔드벽의 높이방향으로 연장되는 복수의 제1리브;를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 엔드서포트는, 상기 엔드면에서 상기 엔드벽을 향하여 돌출되고, 격자 형태를 이루도록 상기 제2방향 및 상기 엔드서포트의 높이방향으로 이격 배치되는 복수의 제2리브;를 포함하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모듈하우징은 바닥면의 아래에 냉각수가 유동하는 냉각채널이 형성되는 배터리 모듈. - 제14항에 있어서,
상기 냉각채널의 측벽은 주조 공정을 통해 상기 모듈하우징의 상기 바닥면에 일체로 형성되는 배터리 모듈.
