Claims (7)
- 電流が印加されることにより被駆動体を駆動させるアクチュエータに対して、前記アクチュエータが被駆動体を駆動させるための電流を印加する駆動制御回路と、
前記駆動制御回路に接続可能であり、前記駆動制御回路が前記アクチュエータに印加する前記電流の電流値を制御する電流制御部と、
前記駆動制御回路に接続可能であり、前記アクチュエータを通過した電流が流れる検知用抵抗と、
前記アクチュエータに前記駆動制御回路により前記電流が印加されている電流印加期間中の所定の期間に、前記駆動制御回路の接続先を前記電流制御部から前記検知用抵抗へ切り替える切り替え部と、
前記切り替え部が前記駆動制御回路の接続先を前記電流制御部から前記検知用抵抗へ切り替える際、前記アクチュエータに印加される前記電流の電流値が等しくなるよう前記駆動制御回路へ電圧を供給する電源部と、
前記検知用抵抗に流れた前記電流に基づいて、前記アクチュエータを含む前記電流が通過する所定の回路の抵抗値を検出し、当該検出結果に基づいて前記アクチュエータの異常を検出する異常検出部と、
を備えることを特徴とするアクチュエータ制御装置。 - 前記電源部は、電源電圧の異なる少なくとも2つの第1の定電圧電源及び第2の定電圧電源を有し、
さらに、前記切り替え部が前記駆動制御回路の接続先を前記電流制御部から前記検知用抵抗へ切り替える際、前記駆動制御回路へ電圧を供給する電源を前記第1の定電圧電源から前記第2の定電圧電源へ切り替える電源切り替え部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ制御装置。 - 前記電流印加期間は、前記駆動制御回路が前記アクチュエータに対して前記被駆動体を駆動させる駆動電流を印加する駆動期間と、前記被駆動体を所定位置に停止させておく保持電流を印加する保持期間とで構成され、
前記電源部は、前記切り替え部が前記駆動制御回路の接続先を前記電流制御部から前記検知用抵抗へ切り替える際、前記アクチュエータに印加される電流の電流値が前記駆動期間では駆動電流と等しく、前記保持期間では保持電流と等しくなるよう電圧を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ制御装置。 - 前記電流印加期間は、前記駆動制御回路が前記アクチュエータに対して前記被駆動体を駆動させる駆動電流を印加する駆動期間のみで構成され、
前記電源部は、前記切り替え部が前記駆動制御回路の接続先を前記電流制御部から前記検知用抵抗へ切り替える際、前記アクチュエータに印加される電流の電流値が前記駆動期間において駆動電流と等しくなるよう電圧を供給することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ制御装置。 - 前記検知用抵抗の抵抗値は、前記切り替え部により前記駆動制御回路が前記検知用抵抗へ切り替えられた際の前記アクチュエータを含む前記電流が通過する所定の回路と略同一の抵抗値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ制御装置。
- 前記異常検出部は、前記アクチュエータの抵抗と前記検知用抵抗との分圧点の電位変化を検出する電位差検出部と、当該検出結果と所定値とを比較する比較部と、当該比較結果に基づいて、アクチュエータの異常の有無を判定する判定部とさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ制御装置。
- 前記電流印加期間の長さ、前記アクチュエータの初期抵抗値、前記保持期間の有無、前記所定の期間のタイミングに関する情報を格納する記憶部と、
前記記憶部に格納された情報に基づいて、前記電源部の電圧値、検知用抵抗の抵抗値、所定の期間の長さ及びタイミングを決定する制御部と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のアクチュエータ制御装置。
