Claims (2)
- 受光面および裏面に入射した光により発電する太陽電池と、
前記太陽電池の裏面側に配置された裏面封止材と、
を備え、
前記裏面封止材は、
前記太陽電池の受光面側からの光を反射する着色層と、
前記着色層と前記太陽電池との間に設けられる透明層と、
を含み、
前記着色層は、隣接する前記太陽電池の間の隙間において、前記太陽電池の裏面側の位置よりも前記太陽電池の前記受光面側であって前記太陽電池の前記受光面の位置よりも前記裏面側に表面を有し、
前記透明層は、隣接する前記太陽電池の間の隙間において、前記太陽電池の前記裏面側の角部に沿って立ち上げられた側面を有する、太陽電池モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュールにおいて、
前記太陽電池は、
シリコン基板と、
受光面側の前記基板上に形成された第1の非晶質シリコン層と、
前記第1の非晶質シリコン層上に形成された第1の透明導電膜と、
裏面側の前記基板上に形成された第2の非晶質シリコン層と、
前記第1の非晶質シリコン層上に形成された第2の透明導電膜と、
を含む、太陽電池モジュール。
