Description
● 切除されるべき関節の外側及び/又は内側の所定の場所に切断ガイドを配置し且つ位置付け、関節正面に対して切断ガイドを整列させるステップと、
● 骨切断工具を用いて外側輪郭を生成するステップと、
● 切断ガイドを取り外すステップと、
を含む。
Claims (13)
- 骨の上に外側輪郭を生成するための切断ガイドであって、
関節内人工器官を前記外側輪郭に取り付け可能であり、
当該切断ガイドは、前記骨に対して整列させ得る矢状ガイドプレートと、骨切断工具を案内するための少なくとも2つの矢状ガイドスリットとを有し、該矢状ガイドスリットは、前記矢状ガイドプレートを貫通し、互いに対してある角度に配置され、
各矢状ガイドスリットは、自己完結する開口を形成し、
前記矢状ガイドスリットは、骨の端に生成される外側輪郭が切子面状に配置され且つ互いに隣接し合う表面で構成されるように配置される、
切断ガイド。 - 前記矢状ガイドプレート上の前記矢状ガイドスリットは、仮想の弓形線に対して接線方向に互いに偏心した角度で前記弓形線から外側に向かって扇形に広がるよう配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の切断ガイド。
- 当該切断ガイドは、横方向クレフトプレートを更に有し、該横方向クレフトプレートは、前記矢状ガイドプレートの前記矢状ガイドスリットが前記矢状ガイドプレートを通じて延びる方向において、前記矢状ガイドプレートから突出することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の切断ガイド。
- 前記横方向クレフトプレートには、少なくとも1つの更なるガイドスリットが配置され、該少なくとも1つの更なるガイドスリットは、該少なくとも1つの更なるガイドスリットが前記矢状ガイドプレートの前記矢状ガイドスリットを補完するよう、前記横方向クレフトプレートを通じて延びることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の切断ガイド。
- 当該切断ガイドは、前方ガイド体を更に有し、前記矢状ガイドプレートと実質的に平行なガイドスリット及び/又は少なくとも1つのガイド穴が、前記前方ガイド体を通じて延びることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断ガイド。
- 当該切断ガイドは、少なくとも1つの整列突起を有し、少なくとも1つの整列突起は、少なくとも1つの空間方向における前記切断ガイドの整列のための旋回地点として適することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断ガイド。
- 前記少なくとも1つの整列突起は、前記横方向クレフトプレートの上に配置される、請求項6に記載の切断ガイド。
- 当該切断ガイドは、少なくとも2つの接触地点を有し、当該切断ガイドを前記少なくとも2つの接触地点を介して所定の場所に配置可能であり、前記少なくとも2つの接触地点のうちの少なくとも1つは、突出することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断ガイド。
- 前記突出する接触地点は、前記矢状ガイドプレート、前記横方向クレフトプレート、及び/又は前記前方ガイド体から突出し、マーキングが、前記接触地点のうちの少なくとも1つで、当該切断ガイドのための更なる位置決め補助として存在することを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に従属するときの請求項5に従属する請求項8に記載の切断ガイド。
- 当該切断ガイドは、締結のための少なくとも1つの貫通穴を有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断ガイド。
- 前記締結のための少なくとも1つの貫通穴は、仮想の弓形線に対して内側に向かって前記矢状ガイドプレート内に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の切断ガイド。
- 前記関節内人工器官は、膝内人工器官の大腿骨コンポーネントである、請求項1乃至11のうちのいずれか1項に記載の切断ガイド。
- 各場合において鏡面反転して具現される少なくとも1つの大きさの関節内人工器官のための、請求項1乃至12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の2つの外側及び内側切断ガイドを含む、膝関節の上に外側輪郭を生成するための切断ガイドセット。
