Description
単位用量物品は、流体組成物を保持するのに好適な、すなわち単位用量物品を水と接触させる前に流体組成物及び任意の追加の成分を単位用量物品から漏れさせない任意の形態、形状、及び材料であってよい。正確な実行法は、例えば、単位用量物品に含まれる組成物の種類及び量、単位用量物品に含まれる区画の数、並びに組成物又は成分の保持、保護、及び送達又は放出に必要とされる特徴に依存して決まる。
本明細書で使用するとき「流体組成物」は、11重量%〜70重量%、好ましくは13重量%〜50重量%、より好ましくは15重量%〜35重量%、更により好ましくは17重量%〜30重量%、最も好ましくは20重量%〜25重量%の水を含む流体組成物を指す。
流体組成物は、ジアミドゲル化剤を、好ましくは0.01重量%〜10重量%、好ましくは0.05重量%〜5重量%、より好ましくは0.075重量%〜2重量%、最も好ましくは0.1重量%〜0.5重量%の濃度のジアミドゲル化剤を含む。
式中、AAは、からなる群から選択され、
[II](L’)m−(L”)q−R、式中、(m+q)は1〜10である。
[III]Aa−Bb−Cc−Dd(式中、(a+b+c+d)は1〜20である)、
式[II]のL’、L”及び式[III]のA、B、C、Dは、独立して、以下からなる群から選択される。
R、R’、及びR”は、独立して、AA及び以下からなる群から選択される。
Lは、2〜20個の炭素原子の主鎖を有する脂肪族連結基、好ましくは、−(CH2)n−であり、式中、nは2〜20から選択される。好ましくは、R1及びR2は、両方とも以下の構造を有し、

本発明の単位用量物品の流体組成物は更に、界面活性剤、酵素、酵素安定剤、両親媒性アルコキシル化グリース洗浄ポリマー、粘土汚れ洗浄ポリマー、汚れ放出ポリマー、汚れ懸濁ポリマー、漂白剤系、蛍光増白剤、色相染料、粒子材料、香料及び他の悪臭制御剤(例えば香料送達系)、ヒドロトロープ、抑泡剤、布地ケア有益剤、pH調整剤、移染防止剤、保存料、非織物直接染料、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される従来の洗剤成分を含んでよい。使用することのできる一部の追加成分を、以下の通りに更に詳細に記載する:
本発明の単位用量物品の流体組成物は、界面活性剤を含んでよい。存在する場合、界面活性剤は、流体組成物(compoistion)の1重量%〜70重量%、好ましくは5重量%〜60重量%、より好ましくは10重量%〜50重量%、最も好ましくは15重量%〜45重量%濃度で存在する。界面活性剤は、アニオン性、非イオン性界面活性剤、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から好ましくは選択される。特に水溶性洗濯洗剤物品において、アニオン性界面活性剤と非イオン性界面活性剤の好ましい比は、100:0(すなわち、非イオン性界面活性剤を含まない)〜5:95、より好ましくは99:1〜1:4、最も好ましくは5:1〜1.5:1である。
本発明はまた、
(a)ジアミドゲル化剤と、溶媒と、を含む、ジアミドゲル化剤プレミックスを製造する工程と、
(b)ジアミドゲル化剤プレミックスを流体供給物と混合し、このとき流体供給物が10重量%〜70重量%の水を含んで流体組成物を形成する工程と、
(c)流体組成物を水溶性フィルム中に封入する工程と、を含む、単位用量物品の好ましい製造プロセスも提供する。
1.pH測定:
ゲル充填プローブ(Toledoプローブ、部品番号52 000 100など)を取り付け、取扱説明書に記載の手順に従って較正したSantarius PT−10P pHメーターを用い未希釈組成物のpHを25℃にて測定する。
MGCは、R.G.Weiss,P.Terech;「Molecular Gels:Materials with self−assembled fibrillar structures」2006 springer,p 243に基づいた管反転法によって計算する。MGCを判定するために、スクリーニングを3回行う。
a)1回目のスクリーニング:ジアミドゲル化剤濃度を0.5重量%から5.0重量%まで0.5重量%ずつ段階的に増加させて、数個のバイアルを準備する。
b)どの区間でゲルが形成されるか判定する(ある転化したサンプルは依然として流動しており、次のサンプルは既に堅いゲルである)。5%でゲルが形成されない場合は、より高濃度を用いる。
c)2回目のスクリーニング:1回目のスクリーニングで判定された間隔内でジアミドゲル化剤濃度を0.1重量%ずつ段階的に増加させて、数個のバイアルを準備する。
d)どの区間でゲルが形成されるか判定する(ある転化したサンプルは依然として流動しており、次のサンプルは既に堅いゲルである)。
e)3回目のスクリーニング:非常に正確なパーセンテージのMGCを得るために、2回目のスクリーニングで判定された間隔内で0.025重量%ずつ段階的に増加させて3回目のスクリーニングを実施する。
f)最小ゲル化濃度(MGC)は、3回目のスクリーニングでゲルを形成する(転化サンプルの流動がない)最も低い濃度である。
TA InstrumentsのAR−G2レオメーターをレオロジー的測定に使用する。
5.0グラム±0.1グラムの水溶性フィルムを、予め重量を測った400mLのビーカーに入れ、245mL±1mLの蒸留水を10℃で添加する。これを、600rpmに設定した磁性撹拌器上で30分間激しく撹拌する。次いで、最大で20マイクロメートルの孔径を有する焼結ガラスフィルターを通して混合物を濾過する。回収した濾液からいずれかの従来法によって水を乾燥させ、残った材料の重量を測定する(これが溶解又は分散画分である)。次いで、溶解度又は分散度%を計算することができる。
フィルムを裁断し、スライド枠に合わせて折り畳んだ24mm×36mm透明陽画フィルム(diapositive film)をガラスは用いずにスライドに載せる(品番94.000.07、Else(The Netherlands)により市販、但し、他の供給元から市販されるプラスチック製折り畳み枠も使用することができる)。
洗浄残留試験は、水溶性ポリマーに冷水洗浄サイクルを施した後に、残留ポリマーを定性的に測定する。
水分凝縮試験は、パッケージ中の単位用量物品の安定性の尺度となる。0.7グラムの厚さ76μmのPVOHフィルムを、約60×60mmの単一区画単位用量物品に熱成形し、この単位用量物品を36mLの流体組成物で充填する。多区画単位用量物品の評価には、0.6グラムの厚さ76μmのPVOHフィルムを約44×44mmの三区画単位用量物品に熱成形し、第1区画を17.5mLの流体組成物で、第2及び第3区画をそれぞれ1.5mLの流体組成物で充填する。続いて、10.5×7.5×5cmのプラスチック容器内に単位用量物品を密閉し、35℃で30日間保管して、3、15、及び30日後の水分凝縮を記録する。水分凝縮が起こった場合、流体組成物を含有する単位用量物品は、パッケージ内で互いに張り付くであろう。
Claims (10)
- 流体組成物を封入する水溶性フィルムを含み、前記流体組成物が、
a.ジアミドゲル化剤と、
b.11重量%〜70重量%の水と、を含み、
前記ジアミドゲル化剤が、前記流体組成物の0.01重量%〜10重量%の濃度で存在し、
前記ジアミドゲル化剤が、次式:
を有し
(式中、R1及びR2が、同じか又は異なっていてもよいアミノ官能性末端基であり、Lが、14〜500g/モルの分子量の連結部分である。)、
前記ジアミドゲル化剤が0〜30であるpKaを有するように、前記ジアミドゲル化剤がpH調整可能な基を含み、
前記流体組成物が、界面活性剤を更に含み、
前記ジアミドゲル化剤が、前記流体組成物中で150〜1500g/モルの分子量を有し、
前記ジアミドゲル化剤が、0.1〜100mg/mLの最小ゲル化濃度(MGC)を有することを特徴とする、単位用量物品。 - 前記ジアミドゲル化剤が、N,N’−(2S,2’S)−1,1’−(プロパン−1,3−ジイルビス(アザンジイル))ビス(3−メチル−1−オキソブタン−2,1−ジイル)ジイソニコチンアミド、N,N’−(2S,2’S)−1,1’−(ドデカン−1,12−ジイルビス(アザンジイル))ビス(3−メチル−1−オキソブタン−2,1−ジイル)ジイソニコチンアミド、N,N’−(2S,2’S)−1,1’−(トリデカン−1,13−ジイルビス(アザンジイル))ビス(3−メチル−1−オキソブタン−2,1−ジイル)ジイソニコチンアミド、N−[(1S)−2−メチル−1−[12−[[(2S)−3−メチル−2−(ピリジン−4−カルボニルアミノ)ペンタノイル]アミノ]ドデシルカルバモイル]ブチル]ピリジン−4−カルボキサミド、N−[(1S)−2−メチル−1−[3−[[(2S)−3−メチル−2−(ピリジン−4−カルボニルアミノ)ペンタノイル]アミノ]プロピルカルバモイル]ブチル]ピリジン−4−カルボキサミド、N−[(1S)−3−メチルスルファニル−1−[3−[[(2S)−4−メチルスルファニル−2−(ピリジン−4−カルボニルアミノ)ブタノイル]アミノ]プロピルカルバモイル]プロピル]ピリジン−4−カルボキサミド、N−[(1S)−3−メチルスルファニル−1−[12−[[(2S)−4−メチルスルファニル−2−(ピリジン−4−カルボニルアミノ)ブタノイル]アミノ]ドデシルカルバモイル]プロピル]ピリジン−4−カルボキサミド、ジベンジル(2S,2’S)−1,1’−(ドデカン−1,12−ジイルビス(アザンジイル))ビス(3−メチル−1−オキソブタン−2,1−ジイル)ジカルバメートおよびジベンジル(2S,2’S)−1,1’−(プロパン−1,3−ジイルビス(アザンジイル))ビス(3−メチル−1−オキソブタン−2,1−ジイル)ジカルバメート、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の単位用量物品。
- 前記流体組成物が、
a.0.0001重量%〜8重量%の洗浄酵素と、
b.6.5〜10.5の正味pHと、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の単位用量物品。 - 前記洗浄酵素が、リパーゼ、プロテアーゼ、セルラーゼ、アミラーゼ、マンナナーゼ、ペクチン酸リアーゼ、キシログルカナーゼ、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される、請求項3に記載の単位用量物品。
- 前記流体組成物が、
a.0.1重量%〜12重量%の漂白剤又は漂白剤系と、
b.6.5〜10.5の未希釈pHと、を含むが、
前記流体組成物が酵素を含む場合、前記漂白剤活性物質が、少なくとも部分的に物理的に前記酵素から分離されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の単位用量物品。 - 前記流体組成物が、
a.0.1重量%〜12重量%の漂白剤又は漂白剤系と、
b.2〜6の未希釈pHと、を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の単位用量物品。 - 前記流体洗剤組成物が、香料マイクロカプセル、香料前駆体、ポリマー粒子、官能化シリコーン、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される香料送達系を更に含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の単位用量物品。
- 前記水溶性フィルム材料が、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアルコールコポリマー及びヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HPMC)、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の単位用量物品。
- (a)ジアミドゲル化剤と、溶媒と、を含む、ジアミドゲル化剤プレミックスを製造する工程と、
(b)前記ジアミドゲル化剤プレミックスを前記流体供給物と混合し、前記流体供給物が10重量%〜70重量%の水を含んで流体組成物を形成する工程と、
(c)前記流体組成物を水溶性フィルム中に封入する工程と、を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の単位用量物品の製造プロセス。 - (i)工程(a)において、前記ジアミドゲル化剤がpH調整可能なジアミドゲル化剤であり、前記ジアミドゲル化剤プレミックスが、前記pH調整可能なジアミドゲル化剤がイオン性の非粘度増加型であるようなpHである、請求項9に記載のプロセス。
