架橋剤の量が上記範囲内であると、応力白化が発生しにくく、耐衝撃性や透明性が低下しにくく、引張破断時の伸びが低下せず、フィルム切断時にクラックが発生しにくく、フィルムの成形性がよい。
本発明のアクリル樹脂を使用してフィルムに成形加工すると、成形加工時におけるフィルム表面の滑り性の低下が回避され、製造ライン中にてフィルム表面の傷の発生を防ぐことができ、表面外観に優れたアクリル樹脂フィルムを得ることができる。
得られたアクリル樹脂0.1gに、硫酸1.5ml及び硝酸5mlを加えてマイクロウェーブ分解装置(マイルストーンゼネラル(株)製、MLS−1200MEGA)にて加圧酸分解した。続いて、誘導結合プラズマ質量分析装置(アジレント・テクノロジー製、Agilent 7500CX)を使用し、検量線法によって、得られた分解液中に含有される、陰イオン性乳化剤分子中の金属イオンの濃度を測定した。
熱分析装置(SIMADZU製、TGA−50)を使用して、窒素雰囲気下、昇温速度10℃/minの条件にて、アクリル樹脂の加熱重量減少を測定した。加熱重量減少率は100℃ を起点として、280℃における重量減少率を測定した。
幅300mmのアクリル樹脂フィルムの目視観察により、幅50μm以上で且つ、フィルム流れ方向に連続的なスジ状欠陥の有無を評価した。
○:スジ状欠陥が確認できる。
×:スジ状欠陥が確認できない。
300mm×300mmの面積のアクリル樹脂フィルムの目視観察により、長さ1000μm以上、且つ幅100μm以上の傷欠陥の有無を評価した。
○:傷欠陥の存在が確認できる。
×:傷欠陥の存在が確認できない。
BA:ブチルアクリレート
MMA:メチルメタクリレート
CHP:クメンハイドロパーオキサイド
tDM:ターシャリードデシルメルカプタン
AlMA:アリルメタクリレート
撹拌機付き8L重合機に次の物質を仕込んだ。
脱イオン水 200部
ジオクチルスルホコハク酸ナトリウム 0.8部
エチレンジアミン・2Na 0.001部
硫酸第一鉄 0.00025部
ソジウムホルムアルデヒドスルフォキシレート 0.15部
製造例1で得られたアクリル樹脂粉末100部に対して、800部の脱イオン水中にて、撹拌することで、アクリル樹脂粉末の洗浄を実施した。表1に洗浄に用いた脱イオン水の温度、及び洗浄時間を記載する。洗浄後、脱水、乾燥し、それぞれ表1に記載された乳化剤含有量のアクリル樹脂粉末を得た。
表1における「洗浄温度」とは、アクリル樹脂の水洗に用いた水の温度である。
従って、アクリル樹脂の乳化剤含有量に関して、本発明に記載する乳化剤含有量とすることで、アクリル樹脂フィルムの外観性が向上することが明らかである。
Claims (4)
- アクリル樹脂を使用して溶融押出法により成形されてなるアクリル樹脂フィルムであって、
前記アクリル樹脂が、アクリル酸エステル系ゴム状重合体を含むアクリル系グラフト共重合体を含み、
前記アクリル樹脂100重量%における陰イオン性乳化剤の含有量が、0.08重量%以上0.3重量%以下である、アクリル樹脂フィルム。 - 陰イオン性乳化剤がスルホン酸塩系界面活性剤である、請求項1に記載のアクリル樹脂フィルム。
- アクリル酸エステル系ゴム状重合体を含むアクリル系グラフト共重合体が、
アクリル酸エステル系ゴム状重合体の平均粒子径が500〜2000Åであり、
アクリル酸エステル系ゴム状重合体の平均粒子径d(Å)とアクリル酸エステル系ゴム状重合体に用いられる架橋剤の量w(重量%)との関係が次式
0.002d≦w≦0.005d
を満たす、請求項1又は2に記載のアクリル樹脂フィルム。 - アクリル酸エステル系ゴム状重合体を含むアクリル系グラフト共重合体のグラフト率が30〜200%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアクリル樹脂フィルム。
