Description
Claims (17)
- 全血を細胞欠乏相と細胞濃縮相に分離するための採血管であって、前記採血管は、重合可能な組成物を含み、前記重合可能な組成物は、遠心力下で、前記細胞欠乏相と前記細胞濃縮相との間の位置へ前記組成物が沈降を可能にするのに有効な既定の濃度及び流動性を有し、前記重合可能な組成物は、前記流動性を失うことなくガンマ線照射による減菌を可能にし、前記ガンマ線照射後のUV硬化を可能にするのに有効な組成物を有し、
前記UV硬化が、10分未満の期間にわたる紫外線照射により得られ、
前記重合可能な組成物が、前記組成物と前記採血管の内壁との間に耐流体障壁を形成するのに有効な組成物を有する採血管。 - 前記濃度が1.02〜1.06g/cm3である、請求項1に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、UV硬化により、アクリレートポリマー、メタクリレートポリマー、エポキシポリマー、ポリウレタン、及びチオール−エンポリマーから成る群から選択されるポリマーに重合可能である、請求項1に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、単官能アクリレート、二官能アクリレート、三官能アクリレート、四官能アクリレート、及びオリゴマーを含むアクリレートから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、請求項3に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、単官能メタクリレート、二官能メタクリレート、三官能メタクリレート、四官能メタクリレート、及びオリゴマーを含むメタクリレートから成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む、請求項3に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、末端エポキシ基を含むポリマー、吊下エポキシ基を含むポリマー、エポキシシロキサン樹脂、エポキシポリウレタン、エポキシポリエステル類、エピクロロヒドリン、多価ジオール、及び多価ポリオールを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む組成物である、請求項3に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、芳香族イソシアネート、脂肪族イソシアネート、末端又は吊下イソシアネート基を含むポリマー、少なくとも2つのヒドロキシ基を含むポリマー、多価ジオール、多価ポリオールを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む組成物である、請求項3に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、脂肪族単量体のポリチオール、脂肪族ジチオール、シクロ脂肪族ジチオール、芳香族ジチオール、ポリマー性ポリチオール、アクリレート、メタクリレート、アルケニル、及びシクロアルケニルを含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物を含む組成物である、請求項3に記載の採血管。
- 前記組成物が、光開始剤を更に含む、請求項1に記載の採血管。
- 前記光開始剤が、ホスフィンオキシド光開始剤、ケトン系光開始剤、及びベンゾインエーテル光開始剤から成る群から選択される、請求項9の採血管。
- 前記照射減菌が、ガンマ線照射減菌である、請求項1に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物がシリカを更に含む、請求項1に記載の採血管。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、ショアA硬度尺で少なくとも10の硬さへのUV硬化を可能にするのに有効な組成物を有する、請求項1に記載の採血管。
- 採血管内の全血を細胞欠乏相と細胞濃縮相に分離するのを補助する方法であって、前記採血管に重合可能な組成物を加える工程であって、前記重合可能な組成物は、前記細胞欠乏相と前記細胞濃縮相との間の位置へ前記組成物が沈降するのを可能にするのに有効な既定の密度及び流動性を有する、工程と、採血管を前記重合可能な組成物の流動性を失うことなくガンマ線照射を用いて減菌し、前記採血管を移動させる工程と、遠心分離後に10分未満にわたりUV照射を利用し、前記重合可能な組成物を、ショアA硬度尺で少なくとも10の硬さに硬化させる指示を与える工程とを含む、方法。
- 前記重合可能な組成物が、UV硬化により、アクリレートポリマー、メタクリレートポリマー、エポキシポリマー、ポリウレタン、及びチオール−エンポリマーから成る群から選択されるポリマーに重合可能である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、光開始剤を更に含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- UV照射が、遠心分離器の回転子内で実行される、請求項14に記載の方法。
