Claims (9)
- 燃料電池装置(2)の排気ガス(B)の湿気を使って、前記燃料電池装置(2)用の酸化剤(A)を加湿するために形成及び/又は配置されているガス対ガス加湿装置(7)を備え、
該ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)は、排気ガス領域(14)と酸化剤領域(13)とを有し、これらの領域は分離層によって互いに切り離されており、前記分離層により、酸化剤(A)を加湿するために前記排気ガス領域(14)から前記酸化剤領域(13)に湿気を伝達することが可能な、燃料電池装置(2)に連結するための供給アセンブリ(3)であって、
前記ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)が、前記排気ガス領域(14)と前記酸化剤領域(13)とを形成するための1つの部品で一体形成されている一体型のハニカムボディ(11)を有すること、
前記排気ガスから前記酸化剤へと湿気を伝達する前記分離層が、前記一体型ハニカムボディ(11)のセラミック材料によって形成されていること、
前記一体型ハニカムボディ(11)の中に、多数のダクト(12)が収納されており、前記ダクトの第1のグループが前記排気ガス領域(14)を形成し、前記ダクトの第2のグループが前記酸化剤領域(13)を形成していること、
前記2つのグループの一方の供給および排出用の連結開口部が、それぞれ前記一体型ハニカムボディ(11)の正面に配置されていること、および
前記2つのグループの他方の供給および排出用の連結開口部が、それぞれ前記正面で閉じられ、前記一体型ハニカムボディ(11)の周辺面に配置されていることを特徴とする供給アセンブリ。 - 前記第1と前記第2のグループが、前記一体型ハニカムボディ(11)の中で規則的に層の形で交代に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の供給アセンブリ(3)。
- 前記周辺面の連結開口部が、切削によって作られていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の供給アセンブリ(3)。
- 前記一体型ハニカムボディ(11)が、補足的にインタクーラとして設計及び/又は形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の供給アセンブリ(3)。
- 少なくとも1つの燃料電池装置(2)と、該燃料電池装置(2)に酸化剤(A)を供給する供給アセンブリと、を備える燃料電池システム(1)であって、前記供給アセンブリ(3)が請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に従って形成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池システム(1)。
- 前記ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)の中で、前記酸化剤(A)と前記排気ガス(B)との間で直接的な湿気の伝達が行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の燃料電池システム(1)。
- 前記ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)の周辺を通るバイパスライン(8)を特徴とする、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システム(1)。
- 前記ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)の上流に、流体技術的に、前記酸化剤(A)を圧縮するコンプレッサ(6)が接続されている、及び/又は前記ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)の下流に、前記排気ガス(B)の圧力を除去するタービン(10)が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システム(1)。
- 前記ガス対ガス加湿装置(7)の下流に、凝縮水セパレータが接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池システム(1)。
