Description
本願は、米国仮特許出願第61/194,346号(2008年9月25日出願)に関連し、この出願の内容は、本明細書に参考として援用される。
複数のカテーテル上にステントを圧着する圧着方法。本方法は、バルーンカテーテルの所定の部分上にステントを区別的に圧着することを含み、第2のカテーテルが、本ステントの未圧着部分を通り、従来のステント設計のリンク、または分岐血管用に設計されたステントにおける特定の穴を通って出ることができるようにする。

Claims (20)
- 母血管および娘血管を有する分岐血管を処置するための送達システムであって、該システムは、
遠位端を有する母カテーテルであって、該母カテーテルは、母血管ガイドワイヤ管腔および該遠位端付近に配置される母血管バルーンを有する、母カテーテルと、
遠位端を有する娘カテーテルであって、該娘カテーテルは、該遠位端付近の娘血管バルーンカテーテル部分上に娘血管バルーンを有し、該娘血管バルーンカテーテル部分は、娘血管ガイドワイヤ管腔を有する、娘カテーテルと、
該母血管バルーン上に配置される母ステントであって、該母ステントは、近位開口部、遠位開口部および該娘血管の小孔と整列するためのそれらの間の側孔を含み、該ステントは、血管を通して該分岐血管まで送達するための圧着構成および該ステントが該母または娘血管の壁を支持する拡張構成を有する、母ステントと

- 前記母カテーテルおよび娘カテーテルは、送達中に該カテーテルが絡み合わないように、キャプチャ管によって互いに摺動可能に取り付けられる、請求項5に記載のシステム。
