Claims (5)
- 複数の蓄電セル(11)および複数の蓄電セルホルダ(12)を積層方向に交互に積層し、前記複数の蓄電セルホルダ(12)の各々に設けたサーミスタ保持部(12c)の少なくとも一つにサーミスタ(21A,21B)を支持し、前記サーミスタ(21,21B)は測温部(21e)およびばね部材(21d)を備え、前記ばね部材(21d)の弾発力で前記測温部(21e)を前記蓄電セル(11)に押し付ける蓄電モジュールであって、
前記サーミスタ保持部(12c)は、前記ばね部材(21d)が当接して前記蓄電セル(11)から遠ざかる方向に付勢されるばね部材当接部(12e)と、前記ばね部材当接部(12e)に接続されて積層方向に延びる軸部(12g)と、前記軸部(12g)の積層方向一端側に設けられた第1係合部(12h)と、前記軸部(12g)の積層方向他端側に設けられた第2係合部(12i)とを備え、積層方向に隣接する一対の蓄電セルホルダ(12)の一方の前記第1係合部(12h)が他方の前記第2係合部(12i)に係合することで、前記ばね部材当接部(12e)が前記蓄電セル(11)から遠ざかる方向へ変形するのを規制することを特徴とする蓄電モジュール。 - 前記第1係合部(12h)および前記第2係合部(12i)は相互に凹凸係合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記第1係合部(12h)および前記第2係合部(12i)は、ピン形状とピン孔形状とで相互に凹凸係合することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記蓄電セルホルダ(12)は前記蓄電セル(11)の主面(11a)に接触するプレート部(12a)を備え、前記サーミスタ保持部(12c)は前記プレート部(12a)の下端に接続され、前記第1係合部(12h)および前記第2係合部(12i)は前記プレート部(12a)の下方への延長線上で係合することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の蓄電モジュール。
- 前記蓄電セルホルダ(12)の前記プレート部(12a)の上端に前記蓄電セル(11)の頂面に係合する第3係合部(12b)を設けたことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の蓄電モジュール。
