Description
本出願は、米国特許法第119条(e)項(1)の下、2010年4月27日に出願され、代理人整理番号P0036420.00/M190.374.101を有する、「Transcatheter Prosthetic Heart Valve Delivery Device with Passive Trigger Release」と題される、米国特許仮出願第61/328,230号の優先権を主張し、その教示全体が、参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (26)
- 弁構造体が取り付けられるステントフレームを含むステント付き補綴心臓弁を経皮的に展開するための送達装置であって、
遠位端で終結し管腔を形成する送達シースと、
前記管腔内で摺動可能に配置され、補綴心臓弁に選択的に係合するように構成される係合構造体を含む内部シャフトアセンブリと、
前記送達シースと前記内部シャフトアセンブリとの間に配置され中心軸を形成するリリースアセンブリと、を備え、
該リリースアセンブリは、
前記係合構造体の近位で前記内部シャフトアセンブリに連結される基部と、
前記基部の遠位にあり、延在状態から弛緩した後退状態へ、長手方向の長さに沿って自己後退するように構成される後退部材と、
前記後退部材の遠位にあり、収縮状態から通常の拡張状態へ、前記中心軸に対して半径方向に突出して自己拡張するように構成されるリリース部材と、
前記リリース部材に遠位の保持部材と、を有し、
前記装置が、
前記遠位端が、前記保持部材の遠位にあり、前記リリース部材が、前記収縮状態にあり、前記後退部材が、前記延在状態にある、送達状態と、
前記遠位端が、前記リリース部材の近位にあり、前記リリース部材が、前記通常の拡張状態にあり、前記後退部材が、前記弛緩した後退状態にある、展開状態と、を提供するように構成されている、
ことを特徴とする送達装置。 - 前記係合構造体が、複数の長手方向の捕捉スロットおよび円周方向のトラフを形成するスピンドルを含む、
請求項1に記載の送達装置。 - 前記送達状態が、前記円周方向のトラフ上に配置されている前記保持部材を含む、
請求項2に記載の送達装置。 - 前記展開状態が、前記円周方向のトラフの近位に位置決めされる前記保持部材を含む、

ステントフレームと該ステントフレームに取り付けられる弁構造体とを有する補綴心臓弁であって、前記ステントフレームが、遠位領域および近位領域を形成し、前記近位領域が、少なくとも1つのポストを形成する補綴心臓弁と、
送達装置と、を備え、該送達装置が、
遠位端で終結し、管腔を形成する、送達シースと、
前記管腔内に摺動可能に配置され係合構造体を含む内部シャフトアセンブリと、
前記内部シャフトアセンブリに対して前記補綴心臓弁を選択的に連結するリリースアセンブリであって、中心軸を形成し、前記係合構造体の近位で、前記内部シャフトアセンブリに連結される基部と、前記基部の遠位にあり、延在状態から弛緩した後退状態へ、長手方向の距離に沿って自己後退するように構成される後退部材と、前記後退部材の遠位にあり、収縮状態から通常の拡張状態へ、前記中心軸に対して半径方向に突出して自己拡張するように構成されるリリース部材と、前記リリース部材に遠位の保持部材と、を有するリリースアセンブリと、を備え、
前記システムが、前記補綴心臓弁が、前記送達シース内で、前記内部シャフトアセンブリへ保持される、装着モードを提供するように構成され、前記後退部材が延在状態にあり、前記リリース部材が収縮状態にある状態で、前記保持部材によって前記係合構造体に摺動可動に捕捉される前記少なくとも1つのポストを含む、
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記システムが、さらに、前記遠位端が前記リリース部材の近位にあり、前記リリース部材が、前記通常の拡張状態にあり、前記後退部材が、前記弛緩した後退状態にあり、前記ポストから前記保持部材を引き出して、前記補綴心臓弁が前記送達装置から自己展開する、展開モードを提供するように構成される、
請求項16に記載のシステム。 - 前記係合構造体が、複数の長手方向の捕捉スロットおよび円周方向のトラフを形成するスピンドルを含み、さらに、前記装着モードが、前記捕捉スロットのうちの1つおよび前記トラフの中に摺動可能に配置される前記ポストを含み、前記保持部材が、前記トラフの遠位に延びている、
