Claims (2)
- 溶融金属上にフロートガラスを浮遊した状態で進行させることができるように溶融金属が貯蔵可能であり、複数の煉瓦から構成された煉瓦組立体と、
前記煉瓦組立体の外側を区画するボトムケーシングと、
前記ボトムケーシングの方へと冷却空気が供給可能に上記ボトムケーシングから離隔して設けられた送風機とを備え、
前記送風機は、前記ボトムケーシングを予め決定された温度に冷却させるために、30mmの直径をそれぞれ有し、250mmから300mmの間隔(ピッチ)を置いて2次元的に配置され、前記ボトムケーシングから100mmから200mmの間隔で離隔した複数のノズルを備えることを特徴とするフロートガラス製造用フロート槽。 - 溶融金属上にフロートガラスを浮遊した状態で進行させることができるように溶融金属が貯蔵可能な煉瓦組立体を囲むボトムケーシングの下部を冷却させる方法において、
(a)30mmの直径をそれぞれ有し、250mmから300mmの間隔(ピッチ)を置いて2次元的に配置され、前記ボトムケーシングから100mmから200mmの間隔で離隔した複数のノズルを備える送風機を前記ボトムケーシングの下部に設けるステップと、
(b)前記複数のノズルを用いて前記ボトムケーシングの下部に向かって冷却空気を供給するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするボトムケーシングの下部の冷却方法。
