Description

Claims (16)
- 食品が成形される可動性成形体(7)と、前記食品(8)を前記成形体(7)から取り出す突出し運動(15)を行うノックアウトカップ(4)とを有し、前記ノックアウトカップは、少なくとも部分的に透過性の底(11)を備えており、該底を通って、流体媒体(13)が放出されることが可能になっている、食品成形装置(10)において、前記突出し運動(15)中に、流体媒体クッション(14)が、前記透過性の底(11)の下方に少なくとも一時的にもたらされるようになっている食品成形装置(10)において、前記流体媒体クッション(14)は、前記ノックアウトカップ(4)が食品の近傍に達する前に、もたらされ、ノックアウトカップ(4)の周りの環境圧力よりも高い圧力になっていることを特徴とする食品成形装置。
- 前記透過性の底(11)は、二次元的形状または三次元的形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記ノックアウトカップは、耐付着防止被膜を有する側壁を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記ノックアウトカップは、少なくとも部分的に透過性の側壁(22)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の食品成形装置。
- 少なくとも一種の洗浄媒体(18,21)が、前記透過性の底(11)および/または前記透過性の側壁(22)から放出されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記ノックアウトカップ(4)の近傍に蒸気を放出する手段(23)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記ノックアウトカップは、圧縮された流体を含む貯蔵部(25)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記圧縮された流体は、空気であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記貯蔵部(25)用のシール手段(6)を備えていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記透過性の底(11)および/または側壁は、多孔性材料であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の食品成形装置。
- 前記多孔性材料は、焼結材料であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の食品成形装置。
- 食品が成形される可動性成形体(7)と、前記食品(8)を前記成形体(7)から取り出す突出し運動(15)を行うノックアウトカップ(4)とを有し、前記ノックアウトカップは、少なくとも部分的に透過性の底(11)を備えており、流体媒体(13)が前記ノックアウトカップ(4)の底(11)から放出されることが可能になっている、食品成形装置(10)によって、食品を成形するプロセスにおいて、前記突出し運動(15)中に、流体媒体クッション(14)が前記透過性の底(11)の下方に少なくとも一時的にもたらされるようになっているプロセスにおいて、前記流体媒体クッション(14)は、前記ノックアウトカップ(4)が食品の近傍に達する前に、もたらされ、ノックアウトカップ(4)の周りの環境圧力よりも高い圧力になっていることを特徴とするプロセス。
- 前記流体媒体クッション(14)は、前記ノックアウトカップ(4)が前記食品の近傍に達する前に、好ましくは、前記ノックアウトカップ(4)が前記食品(8)に当たる前に、もたらされるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のプロセス。
- 前記食品の突出しの後、少なくとも一種の洗浄媒体(18,21)が、前記ノックアウトカップ(4)から放出されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項12または13に記載のプロセス。
- 前記洗浄媒体は、前記ノックアウトカップの前記透過性の底(11)および/または透過性の側壁(22)を通って放出されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のプロセス。
- 少なくとも一種の洗浄媒体(18,21)が前記透過性の底(11)を通って放出され、および/または他の少なくとも一種の洗浄媒体が前記透過性の側壁(22)を通って放出されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のプロセス。
