Description
a) 複数の部分リング状の回転子セグメントに永久磁石を装着するステップ、
b) 複数の部分リング状の固定子セグメントにコイルを装着するステップ、
c) 各1個の部分リング状の回転子セグメントと各1個の部分リング状の固定子セグメントとを繋ぎ合わせて1個の部分リング状の機械要素にまとめるステップ、
d) ステップc)に従って組み立てた機械要素を繋ぎ合わせて1個の閉じたリングにまとめるステップ。

Claims (4)
- 回転子に永久磁石を有すると共に固定子にコイルを有する発電機の製造方法であって、
a) 複数の部分リング状の回転子セグメントに複数の永久磁石を装着するステップと、
b) 複数の部分リング状の固定子セグメントに複数のコイルを装着するステップと、
c) 各1個の前記部分リング状の回転子セグメントと各1個の前記部分リング状の固定子セグメントとを、結合要素によって所定の空隙を確保した状態で一対に結合して、1個の部分リング状の機械要素に纏めるステップと、
d) 前記機械要素が取り付けられるリング状フランジを用意し、前記ステップc)によってそれぞれ一対に纏められた複数の前記機械要素を1個の閉じたリング状に繋ぎ合わせて前記リング状フランジ上に取り付けることで、それら複数の前記機械要素に含まれている複数の前記回転子セグメントと複数の前記固定子セグメントとを、互いに前記空隙を隔てて配置された各1個の閉じたリング状に組み立てた状態で前記リング状フランジに取り付けるステップと、
e) 複数の前記回転子セグメントと複数の前記固定子セグメントとを、互いに前記空隙を隔てて配置された各1個の閉じたリング状に組み立てた状態で前記リング状フランジに取り付けた後、前記結合要素を解除するステップと
を含むことを特徴とする発電機の製造方法。 - 請求項1記載の発電機の製造方法において、
前記発電機が、風力又は潮力発電設備のギヤレスタービン用の発電機である
ことを特徴とする発電機の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の発電機の製造方法において、
前記回転子セグメント(1)が、前記永久磁石ごとに1つの磁石ポケットを有するように形成し、前記磁石ポケット内に前記永久磁石(2)を配置する
ことを特徴とする発電機の製造方法。 - 請求項1から3の1つに記載の発電機の製造方法において、
部分リング状の複数の電磁鋼板(4)を打ち抜き、当該打ち抜いてなる複数の電磁鋼板(4)を前記回転子の軸方向に積層して、前記回転子セグメント(1)を形成する
ことを特徴とする発電機の製造方法。
